The rooms were amazing. Big and well set out. The flowers and cake on arrival was an extra bonus and very appreciated. Staff were very friendly but never invasive. Loved our stay.

Breakfast was so good that I think it might have been the best of the city! Paul and Christina were very kind and the room was perfect. Pretty, clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. I met Linda the last day and she was very nice too! We had a great time there and I'm sure we'll go back someday. The Guest House is a few meters far from the Cathedral that i consider could be the most beautiful cathedral on world. The building is huge and it's details stunning.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tower Hotel, the staff was very helpful and lovely, 5 star customer service. I really enjoyed the freshly made breakfast as well. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the Cathedral, and still easy to find a parking space, I never had issues finding a spot.

Reception staff (Sarah) was extremely pleasant and very professional. Sarah made our arrival a very good start. The hotel looked and smelled (in a good way) new or at least newly refurbished. Carpets were soft, springy and new. The room was also very smart and looked new. Spacious and homely.

Excellent central location right by both the Cathedral and Castle. Room overlooked the Cathedral. Staff very friendly and helpful. Possible parking right by the hotel, although got a bit iffy whether there would be space. Restaurant onsite with excellent food. Breakfast was also excellent.

Everything about this was fantastic. We loved it. Location, Rooms, Parking, Washing and Drying Facility, Dining. A+A+A+ Could have stayed longer.
