This place is a little gem by the sea! We had such a comfy stay and all the little touches in the room really made the difference. The receptionist was one of the loveliest people I’ve met and she really made an effort to make us feel welcome. We will stay again!

Set in a unique Victorian conservatory, The Orangerie Bar and Ballroom Lounge offers impressive views, serving afternoon teas and light lunches. The award-winning Talavera Restaurant serves Italian specialties by candlelight.

Probably the best hotel we stayed in! Very cozy room, with everything you need. Yes bathroom is a bit dated but functional and clean. The heaters worked really well (important in December). I did not hear a single noise from other rooms or from the corridor! The staff was truly amazing. Shout out to Francan for accommodating my allergens (gluten and egg) during the room service. The food from the hotel was excellent. The bar with the fireplace was great and really appreciated in December. A lovely Christmas feeling in this nicely decorated hotel for the occasion. We will come back!

Gorgeous boutique feeling hotel. The bar is cosy and small and has a lovely vibe. We didn’t eat there but the restaraunt looks lovely. Rooms are small but styled and not cramped. The one we occupied was not styled with the styling and wallpaper as seen on the website and lacked a little finishing as a result I thought. It would be a small adjustment to bring it in line with what’s advertised.

The interior design of this hotel is next to nothing, it’s absolutely stunning. The cocktail bar has a lovely ambiance to it and the drinks were amazing. All of the staff (reception, door man & cocktail waiters/waitresses) were so kind and friendly. The view from our room was fab. Would love to stay here again soon and have more time to enjoy the outdoor beer garden.

First, let’s start with the good things. I used to live in Dun Laoghaire and had forgotten how much I really enjoy the restaurant on the property, Oliveto’s. The food & staff are excellent. The interior design is elegant but warm and hospitable and it looks out at the ocean. The lady who checked me in & out was very nice.
