The property is located at the old bridge and in front of a village gate. Very exotic. A super large room, good internet, comfortable beds. But the best part was that finally the breakfast was not "typical Italian with dry bread and nutella". There were boiled eggs! Also fruits, freshly baked little croissants in three kinds (and the lady kept them coming!), also nice coffee and other small things... Like butter, cheese, ham. Best stay of the trip.

The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the breakfast was great! You can’t beat the view! The weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Our host Serena was exceptional. We were made to feel welcome throughout our stay, Serena really did go above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time here, and that we did! The location is absolutely picturesque, overlooking rolling Tuscan hills with beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. We loved the pool area, a great place to relax, swim, read a book or enjoy a sunset drink. Our accommodation was charming, well appointed and spacious. The huge adjoining communal courtyard was also a nice bonus, offering an alternative place to dine, relax and enjoy the sunshine. Would highly recommend!

it’s not too far away from San Gimignano by walking distance(recommended to walk for experiencing the authentic Tuscany countryside), the shuttle bus was an extra bonus for us that traveling without a car, and we really love the friendly staff and the pool!
