A very cosy hotel in the city centre. The staff is friendly and the room was clean, cleaned every day. The hotel was quiet, the walls didn't sound through and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool area and parking both seemed good, although we didn't use them. During the off-season it was possible to find a parking space nearby. There are also some good places to eat and parks nearby and the beach is within walking distance. At breakfast, I liked the croissants and the fact that lactose-free milk was available. Food selection was good, although I felt a lack of greens (cucumber, tomato, lettuce) while fruit was available.

Excellent location very clean and quiet the staff were extremely professional and helpful.
The gardens were immaculate attention to detail extremely good.
The hotel is near to the beach and marina also plenty of restaurants walking distance of the hotel.
The breakfast was varied and plentiful the staff are a credit to the hotel always a smile and a friendly welcome.

We enjoyed the local pubs and restaurants especially the Mumbie Blue Indian restaurant which was excellent and I would recommend booking in advance as it’s very popular.
The area is very hilly so be prepared for aching legs.
A lot of the locals seem to own dogs and are not to bothered about cleaning up after them so watch your feet.
