Spacious and comfortable room with air conditioner. Bath/shower had good water pressure. Excellent swimming pool with nice warm temperature, possibly due to solar heating.

Fabulous selection of local chorizo, eggs, mushrooms and peppers for a hot breakfast. Amazing selection of fruit, cold meats, breads, yoghurt and delicious pastries too. Help yourself buffet which was so good. The chocolate covered croissants, with cream and chocolate filling were heavenly!!!!
The views out over the sea, from the restaurant, were amazing. The evening meals - 3 courses, with a drink included for €23 was fantastic value. The choices changed each evening with a choice of 4 starters, mains and deserts to choose from. The food was really good and the portions ample.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and Rafael at dinner and breakfast was an absolute star!

The flat was in a central location, a 5 minute walk from where you collect the keys from the marina international reception. It was clean and ok for our 2 night stay but the bed and noise let it down.

Staying in the centre was ideal for the shops and beach but there weren’t any bars or restaurants with live music at night and predominantly Spanish holidaymakers which is ideal if you wish a quieter holiday.

A short walk from the apartment was the wide promenade of Torrevieja with bars and restaurants. Beaches between rocky areas made it very attractive. The large town has everything a visitor would need, shops in plenty. The harbour is a nice place to visit with about 4 good restaurants with the boats as a backdrop. One of these was the Ship, a British pub restaurant. All had entertainment at different times

Torrevieja is a beautiful destination, offering a perfect blend of charm and vibrancy. The Molino Blanco neighborhood stands out as a particularly beautiful area, characterized by its picturesque Spanish streets and welcoming atmosphere.
The town center itself is a hive of activity, featuring many beachside restaurants, lively bars, and shops. Whether you're looking for a nice swim at the beach, a meal with a view, a casual drink, or to do some shopping, the center has something for everyone.
One of the most reassuring aspects of Torrevieja is its safety. It's wonderfully safe to walk around, even late into the night, allowing you to enjoy tranquil evening strolls. The public transit system further enhances the convenience of getting around, that make exploring the area simple.
A visit to Torrevieja wouldn't be complete without experiencing La Mata beach. This stunning coastline offers lovely sands and clear waters, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Here, we particularly loved Vela Beach restaurant as the food and service were incredible, and they had a great Paella.
Overall, Torrevieja is a wonderful destination that seamlessly combines beauty, convenience, and fun. We can’t wait to go back!

There is a lot of concrete in and around Torrevieja and a lot of continuing development. The beach front areas were usually very busy. There are more attractive and quieter beach resorts along the coast - for example Los Alcázares to the south or Santa Pola to the north - for those who want a quieter time.

The town itself is ugly and busy. The beaches are nice. However, the surrounding countryside is very good for cycling and/or walking. There are dedicated cycle paths along the main roads to other towns nearby and also lots of quiet country lanes with not much traffic.
Location right by the sea is perfect for the sea. Really the perfect sea view and you can just walk one minute and swim in the sea. Also close to the town centre without being noisy. The bar downstairs and on the beach are good with great service. The block seems safe and tidy and everyone I saw was very friendly. The owner is quick to reply and she did try to resolve some of the issues in the flat.
Excellant breakfast buffet. Eggs, lovely fresh bread rolls , cakes, fruit, yogurts, hams, cheeses , cereal. Lovely staff- the best ! Comfortable beds .Paid parking belonging to hotel available in nearby street, or you can park on surrounding streets in areas without a yellow painted line. We booked 2 nights but so happy we added another night extra .
It was a pleasant suprise to find we were outside the centre of Torrevieja, in a lovely area, overlooking the sea, with wonderfull views from our room. There were local bars/ restaurants within a short walking distance. The parking at the hotel was very convenient, not underground, and quite cheap. The staff were very helpfull and friendly.
