Deluxe room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the food was excellent

We always found a place to lie down in the pool area. The room was clean, they always left more towels after the service. After the heat outside, the air conditioner in the room always saved us, which worked very well. We chose this hotel because there was free parking on the lower floors, so the car did not get hot. Satisfied with the price-performance ratio.

Very handy and central gave access to both ends of benidorm. close yet not to close to busy areas. Staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.

We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent, and the sea view is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. The bathroom was spacious, with great water pressure and a reliable supply of hot water. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the pillows were nice as well. The only issue was that the double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which sometimes created a gap in the middle that could be a little uncomfortable. Depending on your preferences, the noise from outside might be disturbing, especially if you are a light sleeper. The hallways also look a bit dated, but this did not bother us at all since the room itself was comfortable and clean. A special mention goes to the reception staff and the cleaning lady who was working on May 31st. They were all very polite, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, a great place with an excellent location, stunning sea views, and good value for money.

Our room was excellent with great facilities. Rooftop bar and sports bars were amazing. Excellent hotel would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location right on the seafront and 300 yards from the old town centre, great friendly staff, super clean, rooms cleaned daily, will definitely stay here again when next in benidorm.

We have two bedroom villa with pool. Nice and clean villa, helpful staff. It is perfect place for holidays!

Very spacious for a wheelchair friendly hotel. Ramps and access everywhere and staff very friendly and always heloful if i needed anything. From helping me reach breakfast items to ensuring i had a table with a chair removed and easy access for me if my husband hadnt already done it. All without having to ask for help, thry just did it

Everything was great apart from the aircon

Fantastic location and personel – probably the best in Benidorm – just a short walk from both the beach and the city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Aaron at reception for his professionalism, warmth, and outstanding service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Located right in the middle of the old town, so everywhere is in easy walking distance. The room was cozy, clean, and disinfected regularly, with fresh towels every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, and were always available. Breakfast was also great, and with a coffee machine that makes really good coffee (in a lot of Spanish and Italian hotels, it tastes like mud). Also, I had a long journey to get there, with multiple flights, so I was really appreciative of the possibility to check-in early, and to be able to leave my bag in a locked luggage room on the last day. Overall, it was better than I expected, and incredible value for money. My brother usually stays there when he goes to Benidorm, I definitely WILL stay there again.
