Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Great location in the middle of old town. The hotel definitely deserves all the praise it gets. Although it’s a two star hotel it outshines a lot of expensive hotels we have stayed at. We requested extra blankets and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that they could make our stay as comfortable as possible and that our needs were met. Complimentary water and sodas in the mini fridge was a great and pleasant surprise! The room layout was thoughtfully planned with a great sliding wardrobe, and lots of shelves that you could put stuff on. Breakfast was great value for money.

First time at Benidorm and absolutely loved it. Beautiful beaches, friendly bars and restaurants all very reasonably priced and cater for all tastes. There is something in Benidorm for all ages. Will definitely be returning.

Benidorm has something for everybody - it sometimes gets a bad rep and can be seen as just a party place, but there is so much more to do. I don't drink alcohol and I loved the place!! The old town is absolutely beautiful and lots to do there. Between beaches, shops, restaurants, bars. It gives you the real authentic Spanish culture experience. Very easy to get around. If you are in to keeping active there are many options - whether you walk the prom, rent out bikes, or hike up to La Cruz de Benidorm. We spent one of the mornings walking up to La Cruz and you can see the whole city from there - a fantastic viewpoint. If you want to get out of the big city for a day there is a daytrip to Altea, Guadalest and the Algar Waterfalls - it's very close and we visited the 3 places in a matter of hours! Levante Beach is amazing and massive so not too crowded. There are endless restaurants and bars to choose from. You can make it as chilled out or wild as you want it!!

Its beautiful place for holiday. I visited to much places but Benidorm is top. Everything is beautiful . We went to Alicante 2 times and we spent best day also because of world cup championship❤️👏 we been in Alicante / Benidorm when Spain won world cup✌️. We also enjoyd food and drinks.

Benidorm is a nice place for walking along the beach and...

Benidorm is a nice place for walking along the beach and swimming, but I didn’t find it particularly special. The beaches and sea are similar to many other coastal areas in Spain, with nothing that really stands out. I also expected to find better Spanish cuisine, but the quality of the restaurants was quite average and there were few memorable dining experiences. Overall, there aren’t many attractions or unique places that make you want to stay for a long time. In my opinion, 3–4 days are enough to enjoy Benidorm, and even a week is the absolute maximum. After that, there isn’t much else to see or do.

It's a nice location to spend a beach vacation, has a lot of narrow streets in the old town, you can find anything you need from food, shops, transportation. Nearby very nice places to visit, plus a tram that can take you to Alicante. Altea, and other beached arround.

It is what it is - a total holiday experience.

It is what it is - a total holiday experience. We visited Benidorm for the first time and particularly to go to the Benidorm Palace show, which was brilliant. We travelled from our house in Puerto de Mazarron, a relatively quiet area and completely contrast to Benidorm.

Ideally placed for the old town and right on the beachfront of Levante beach. Modern facilities with friendly, helpful staff. I booked a balcony room (I got room 129) it was at the back of the hotel and only had a small terrace balcony, which is possibly only a foot wide with no chairs or table so impossible to use. These rooms also face a school playground which made mornings very noisy if you wanted the balcony doors open. I'd stay here again but now know to either book a seaview room or a side-view to get the full size balcony.

I have stayed hear many times before .you get what you pay for .lovely size rooms in winter time lovely and worm. best location in Benidorm as it is right on centro .so easy to get to old town and new town .all the buses pass hear . but if you are a fussy eater i would recommended you eat out . if you get transfer too the Hotel they will drop you off at Poseidon Palace .walk through the Hotel to the lifts .go to - 1 floor walk past the swimming pool to the Poseidon Resort Hotel.

Right on the beach and within minutes of walking around the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were exceptional, we were told that our room would be cleaned every 3 days, but we found that we often came back to fresh towels and a made bed. The building stands out as it is much prettier than standard Benidorm high rise hotels. The rooms and balconies that you could see from the beach looked lovely.

Incredible view, right on the beach. Lovely quiet location away from new town but close enough to get to on foot in 20/30 minutes. For us the old town is the much nicer place to be and this accommodation was in a perfect location to enjoy the more picturesque part of Benidorm. The accommodation was decent and managed to accommodate 7 adults no problem with the help of 4 separate bedrooms and two shower rooms.

Older hotel in one of the side streets of Benidorm old town. Booked at very short notice but the lovely couple who owned it treated me like family. The room was basic but sufficient. Rules were fairly strict about food or drink in the rooms but I was very pleased with the value for money and the hospitality.
