Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Great location in the middle of old town. The hotel definitely deserves all the praise it gets. Although it’s a two star hotel it outshines a lot of expensive hotels we have stayed at. We requested extra blankets and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that they could make our stay as comfortable as possible and that our needs were met. Complimentary water and sodas in the mini fridge was a great and pleasant surprise! The room layout was thoughtfully planned with a great sliding wardrobe, and lots of shelves that you could put stuff on. Breakfast was great value for money.

It's a nice location to spend a beach vacation, has a lot of narrow streets in the old town, you can find anything you need from food, shops, transportation. Nearby very nice places to visit, plus a tram that can take you to Alicante. Altea, and other beached arround.

It is what it is - a total holiday experience.

It is what it is - a total holiday experience. We visited Benidorm for the first time and particularly to go to the Benidorm Palace show, which was brilliant. We travelled from our house in Puerto de Mazarron, a relatively quiet area and completely contrast to Benidorm.

I was apprehensive about Benidorm due to its reputation. We had an amazing time. There is so much to do and see if you are willing to get up and go explore. We did 1. The cross 2. Day trip to Valencia 3. A show a Benidorm Palace. 4 walk to end of poniente to the name sign. 5 Tram to Altea then walked to Albir and bus back to Benidorm. 6. Balcon visit. 7. Beach day at poniente. ….. pool day, world cup, Gaa and lots of eating and hydration breaks. There were other things we thought about but didn’t have the time. Calle Gerona (old town end) was Our favourite spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and 2or3 bars.

Everything you look for in a holiday destination.

Everything you look for in a holiday destination. Whether it’s a party weekender or a cultural food tour, you will find it. Personal recommendation - Have a beachy morning, head to tapas alley in the old town mid-afternoon for a long slow tapas and wine session. Back to change for a night out on Calle Gerona in the heart of the party. (Just avoid the bins the next morning😷

Benidorm is amazing, vibrant and busy! With lots to do for all ages. There really is something for everyone whether you are wanting a relaxing beach holiday, culture, tapas in the old town, or a vibrant night life! It has it all! It’s great for families, couples and groups! Would return again and again. We really enjoyed Yummy for breakfast! And we had tapas at tapas alley! We also had an amazing meal at the Greek and Lebanese restaurant on poniente beach and the owner was lovely!!!

Benidorm is a lovely place to visit, Plenty shops and bars...

Benidorm is a lovely place to visit, Plenty shops and bars and markets. Reasonably priced to eat and drink out. Old town is lovely to wander around, lots of tapas bars and boat trips available. Local buses are easy to use and plenty of towns around to visit. Day trips can be booked and hop on off bus is great. Beach is cleaned every night and caters for people with disabilities. Lots of water sports, para gliding and jet skis.

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Castillo. What a fabulous little hotel. The staff are so friendly, go above and beyond. Immaculately clean. Fabulous continental breakfast. Parking a big plus, €10 per day but that is very reasonable for Benidorm. Highly recommend and will be our no 1 choice whenever we are next in Benidorm. The location is great also, near to everything, beach, bars and restaurants in the old town.

Fantastic location in the old town and just 3 mins walk from Tapas Alley. Staff where great and my room was a good size, very clean the shutter/blinds made for a good nights sleep. Bathroom was nice and clean and the water pressure was good Breakfast was freshly cooked and prepared and served with a smile A good hotel for a few nights in Benidorm

Older hotel in one of the side streets of Benidorm old town. Booked at very short notice but the lovely couple who owned it treated me like family. The room was basic but sufficient. Rules were fairly strict about food or drink in the rooms but I was very pleased with the value for money and the hospitality.
