A very beautifull city! Flamenco shows were absolutelly incredibile! If you are passionate about dance and art, it's a must. Even the children enjoyed it. Also paella valenciana it's a must, Valencia is the place were paella was born. Also a must: the oceanograf and the museus of science, bioparc, absolutelly fantastic! It is easy to get to & from Valencia airport on the Metro. Metro tickets are excellent value. Stayed near the lovely Las Arenas Beach, an area which has a lovely vibe and is not as commercial as other tourist resorts. Everything you need is in this area for a Beach holiday, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and some clothes/ souvenir shops. A short trip away in the city centre & the lovely Old Town lies a completely different and equally wonderful & compelling experience, with Classic Restuarants, Native Boutiques, Jewellery Shops, cafes & restaurants, aswell as International Clothes shops, cafes & restaurants. Great city for everyone.
Great city for everyone. Lots of attractions and sites to visit - for families, groups or people travelling alone. So much to accomplish over 10days. Amazing nightlife scene as well as day time. Locals seemed friendly and helpful. No issues and felt safe for the most part.
