Set in the Extramurs district in Valencia, Hotel 19-30 Valencia offers 2-star rooms with free WiFi. Excellent little "boutique" hotel at extremely reasonable prices. In he heart of Valencia and very close to the main train station. Breakfast is at another level: variety of food and healthy choices. Finally, thanks to @Monse for her hospitality, the tips around the city, and most importantly, the telling of the history of the city and the "Fallas". GRACIAS Monse for tu hospitalidad y toda la informacion de la ciudad y su historia. I'm already planning to come back next year for the real "Fallas", if health and time permitted.. Hotel highly recommended!!!

Offering a 100 m2 spa centre and hot tub, MYR Plaza Mercado & Spa is set in Valencia in the Valencia Community Region. Barrio del Carmen is 400 metres from the property. From the first call we made to the front desk to obtain entry into the garage until we left, the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. English was spoken easily by all. The location of the hotel is excellent. The Hotel is in the heart of the old town, close to great shopping and restaurants. The room was perfect, very very large for Europe. The Bed was super comfortable.

I specially enjoyed the the complimentary oranges and the sense of being safe. It was also important for me to heat up water for my tea. The washer, drier, and clothes line were also a plus. The staff were true gems!!

The room was spotless and cleaned timely everyday, with very stylish and tasteful decoration. Great rooftop bar for drinks! We enjoyed every bit of our stay there.

Small city in the inner core of Valencia province. The best is the castle and the mountain side, where you can even see Valencia's harbour in a clear day. You can do some excursions to la Cova Negra, an old Neanderthal settlement surrounded by vegetation and mountains and the river Albaida below. You can visit the castle and the surrounding area, where you can find the walls, the Nevera (the fridge) and the Portet (the little mountain pass). Have a walk through the Albereda (the Alley) and do some shopping and sit at a café. Don't miss Alexander VI's house and the Font dels 25 canyos. And of course! The Colegiata church (Seu) is a must. If you are a night owl, pay a visit to El Mercat (the market) in the old corner; you will find some restaurants and bars and people sitting out, especially in the warmer seasons
