The hotel left a generally very positive impression. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and the bed linen was changed every 4 days.
The biggest drawback is the lack of a washing machine. The balcony is huge, with a great view, a table, and a sofa — perfect for enjoying the evenings and relaxing. The room has a TV with internet, so you can watch something if you want.
Unfortunately, the reception staff don’t always speak even basic English, which made communication a bit uncomfortable. A translator sometimes helps, but you don’t always want to rely on it for every small issue.
The kitchen has a minimal set of utensils, and there’s no oven, so it’s impossible to cook something like pizza. Dust isn’t cleaned everywhere — in the far upper corners there were a few centimeters of dust.
Overall, despite minor drawbacks, this is an excellent hotel for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast, room, beach - everything is fantastic at AGH! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is fantastically huge and comfy! Pool with free beach towels. Sea beach - literally 1 minute walk. Bars and lounges - literally across the street. Supermarket Consum - 30 seconds walk. This is marvellously splendid place!

As an overnight stop after a late flight it is the perfect location. Not too far from the airport and close to A3 & A7 to continue home in the morning. The room was comfortable, clean, fully functioning and great for overnight.

It has an amazing array of different places to visit, from the incredible beach, the art deco buildings, the parks and the modern and ancient buildings. The eateries are great quality and value. We did a LOT of walking as it was so easy. All in all we loved our trip and will return again soon.

It takes more than one or even two days to see all that Gandia has to offer. The central city has many museums and walking opportunities, and there's the beach (a whole day, including time to see the fishermen's auction), as well as the surrounding areas, including a castle and a monastery.

Lovely beach which is very clean ,beds and umberellas are a bit pricey, really enjoyed a visit to the castle and the town itself is lovely to walk round and you are very rarely more than 2 minutes from a bar,but i think you need a bit of spanish language knowledge as this isnt the costas

Lovely sandy beaches, running for several km so not at all crowded. Note that parking is limited, and that, although there are plenty of café type places, there are fewer places for a full meal along most of the beach strip.
The old town is typically Spanish, with few tourists, and lots of places to eat and drink well at "local prices".
Not much remains of the ruined castle, but it's worth the climb for the views over the town and out to sea.

I wished I had stayed longer. It was a lovely location. Could do with more restaurant choices. Needed more time to explore. The weather was a bit too hot for me and one day was 38 degree's. The rest were about 35 degree's, but it was July, so expected.

It’s place to stop only over night , on the way to somewhere else! Don’t be tempted to visit Paterna its self unless you like being disappointed. No parking, no decent bars, give it a miss and head into Valencia!

It's a good combination of a seaside resort and a working town, so has a good range of facilities including bars and restaurants for the whole year. Long, spacious sand beach with plenty of free parking. Prices for food and drink are lower than many other places due to strong competition. Easy travel by bus, train or car to/from Valencia.

Ibis will be the great hotel if it do not have couple of problems. The problem with the location is easy to solve with good working metro. Another problem is more serious. It is the continental breakfast. This option proposed on the hotel's web site only for $7 per person per day. If you decide to purchase it in the hotel after the arrival, it will be cost $11 daily for you. All another required services are regular in the hotel.

The hotel itself is very good and comfortable but, from our experience as first time visitors in Valencia, it may not be the ideal place to stay due to its location. Taxi fare to/from the city center can be expensive. There aren't too many restaurants close by as most of them are at the city center.
