I liked everything about this hotel. We were allowed to check in earlier with an upgrade. It was a very quaint hotel but modern on the inside. The rooms was spacious. We were a family of 3 and had ample space. The kitchenette plus small dining area was very handy. The location was amazing, it sat at the intersection of 3 little lanes, and each lane took us to amazing places (Plaza Reina and the square where the market was) with a short 3 minute walk. I can’t even say how convenient it was with a little tween who wanted fast food and for me to have eat in dinners.

Everything was perfect except that the young lady forgot to give us the key for electricity so we spent two nights without lights and without air conditioning which was really bad. The room is big and clean. The cleaning ladies are very nice and kind. The breakfast is simple but good : scrambled eggs / bacon // tortilla / sausages, croissants, pain au chocolat etc The swimming pool is good but not enough long chairs. The beach is one minute walk , there is a supermarket and beautician to stay beautiful all near the hotel. The hotel has also a gym.

Can't rate it enough!! We had a super great experience..the family room was great..with a spectacular view on the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The location is amazing, near to everywhere. I come from Rome so, even if it is 50mins walk to the Ciutat de Las Arts, it's nothing. Staff is very accommodating, all of them. If you don't like walking you can take the tram of the metro.

The hotel met all our expectations. It is far from the center but close to the metro station (about 10 min. walk) so you can easily reach interesting places. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, they have a lot of fruit which is great for vegans and they also have gluten-free options (on request). All in all, I recommend it.

You always now what to expect with Ibis Budet. The bed is oke, location was perfect coming from the highway. Not really located in Valencia so if you want to go there, look further. But if you want a travel stop this is the perfect hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

What a fun experience! Loved the large, comfortable room. And to have a secure garage for our car was completely unexpected! Valencia is such an amazing city and definitely one of my...

Valencia is such an amazing city and definitely one of my favourite places in Europe! It's less touristy than Madrid or Barcelona, but has so much to offer. I absolutely love the combination of greenery, city life, and beautiful beaches. The food is fantastic, the shopping is great, and there's plenty of culture and history to explore. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway with friends, family, or your partner, or even a longer holiday, there's definitely enough to see and do. One place you absolutely shouldn't miss is the Oceanogràfic aquarium! The only downside is the public transportation, which can be surprisingly difficult to navigate, especially during major events like the Valencia Half Marathon. Information is often only available in Spanish, and the websites and apps aren't particularly user-friendly or well-equipped to handle increased traffic during big events. It can make getting around unnecessarily stressful. Despite that, Valencia is a wonderful city with so much character, and I would absolutely recommend visiting. It's definitely a place I'd happily return to!

The beach itself is beautiful - wide, sandy and very long.

The beach itself is beautiful - wide, sandy and very long. There is no shade, unless you hire a sunbed and umbrella or take your own, which many locals do. There are a few facilities, such as beachball etc, but swimming is difficult, because the sea is rough with a strong undercurrent, so only good if you like to jump or dive into the waves or surfboard. Restaurants tend to have menus of the day, with various options, but no snack bars for just a light bite. Easy and regular bus ride into the town, which is not large, but quite interesting to explore and many more eating options.

I loved Paterna, its a very Spanish town or part of Valencia...

I loved Paterna, its a very Spanish town or part of Valencia and considering we where there for the fiestas I had a wonderful time. It was a nice walk from the apartment into town and I would certainly be happy to use this as my stop off for the airport.

Manises is a normal Spanish town in many ways.

Manises is a normal Spanish town in many ways. But it is also a bit of a desert. I stay here when I have an early morning flight from the airport. It is easy to walk to the airport form many of the hotels in town. From the Travelodge or the Ibis, for instance, it is only about 8 minutes on a dedicated walking path next to Lidl. There are cafes and restaurants serving the typical tapas, but not a lot of options for other types of food. The town is known for its tile factories and would be a good place to go for shopping for beautiful tiles.

Good free parking, the yard around the B&B is just...

Good free parking, the yard around the B&B is just beautifull. Decorations inside and outside very nice. No noise. Free outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Good size rooms with Air Conditioning and comvortable beds. Good location, easy to find.

difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

The bedroom was spacious and clean.

The bedroom was spacious and clean. However the headboard of the bed could do with being replaced. There was a coffee machine, teabags and coffee were provided which was nice. But there were only coffee espresso cups, not suitable for use with teabags. There was also no kettle to boil water for the tea. The coffee pods were not replaced daily. Breakfast was excellent and a very good choice. The only other disappointment i had was that i took part in the Gran Fondo Contador event. When i finished i was told it was too late to get a token for free pasta and beer which was being served at the hotel. When I came back to the hotel it was still being served.

We went to see the total eclipse, which is a once in a lifetime experience, and drove into Valencia city for the day and enjoyed the sights. Otherwise we would have chosen somewhere more touristy to stay. Chatting to the locals in the village was great fun and Restaurante Brégor in Alcásser is recommended for a great Spanish/Mediterranean evening meal.

I think the description of Little Venice is a bit...

I think the description of Little Venice is a bit exaggerated. If I worked in Valencia it would be a great place to live but as a tourist you are away from the city centre and you are surrounded by Motorway and a big supermarket so you are kind of limited to a couple of blocks for wandering about. The Marina is pretty to walk about and the area has nothing wrong with it at all.

Valencia, the old square, the town is stunning.

Valencia, the old square, the town is stunning. The beach is pretty great that there’s showers toilets on there. This is my second visit and I would still go again. What I would look at doing next time is buying a different pass to go on the trains I subsequently found out there is a pass bit like an oyster card where you can pick how many trips you wanna use for example 10 and it would cost you €13 where is a tourist pass is €30 for 72 hours you have to make sure though it covers your zone AMB which is where the airport is and not your zone A which is main Valencia Town. The weather was perfect for the end of October. I came for a half marathon but would easily come back and visit again.
