“- very nice place to stay and recover. Located central in south Toscana, so you have only a short trip to many great places to visit (and lovely nice villages on the top of hills, like Sticciano or Montepescali). 4 minutes away (with the car) from E80, so you are quick in the north or south. - very likable staff and employees. Perfect room-temperature for hot summer (big ventilator). - we were a bit afraid about the "train-warning" here in the comments - and then surprise: during our stay (july/august 2017) there were NO trains at all, and the rails did not look as if there was a train soon again! 👍🏼😃 - excellent food and a nice selection of wines at the Restaurant "Re Sugo" just next to the residence. - good and various breakfast, nice place at the pool, bikes to use for free... we were really happy!”
