Location was fabulous. Loved the intimate feel of the boutique hotel; it felt very luxurious and exclusive. The Courtney Room was exceptional. The Spa was lovely. All of the staff were incredible. From the door men, to the folks at reception, to the woman who took my room service order -- I felt welcomed and free to enjoy. There are so many amazing restaurants near by that it made Victoria such a pleasure to explore. The room itself was comfortable and a decent size. The bed was INCREDIBLE. The bathroom was a huge upgrade from our previous accommodations. We had a good chuckle at how the TV always seemed to revert back to closed captioning, but this makes me wonder if this hotel is an exceptional option for folks who may have different needs and abilities. Oh and the umbrella with the room was a nice touch! We will absolutely return to the Magnolia anytime we are in Victoria -- it is a no brainer. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a few days of comfort before/after exploring what the rest of the island has to offer.

You have everything you need, even a little kitchen! Parking is also available. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again!

I was a little sad when I first checked in, first impressions and all but….Absolutely everything about this hotel was perfect. The building looks aged but don’t let that put you off. It was spotlessly clean, probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast which was included was fabulous, the staff from reception all the way through the hotel where lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. We were a family of 5 so this hotel ticked all the boxes for us. I would definitely return

Only 5 minutes’ walk from the Inner Harbour, the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria offers two restaurants and bar on site. A mini market provides additional convenience. The buffet breakfast was very good. We, unfortunately had what could have been a major problem for us, the loss of a vital document! We were thrilled to find out they hadn’t cleaned the room as yet. The front desk referred us to the manager, after explaining our dilemma she quickly retrieved a room key and had me walk with her into the room. I ran to the waist basket and had our document back and we were able to move forward. We couldn’t have been more pleased and very appreciative of your fine staff, well done!!!!
