The staff of the hotel is truly kind and helpful. The room was clean and very well equipped, quiet and the bed was really comfy and clean The shower was fantastic, and the hotel is in front of the U-bahn U5 and there is also the Tram service so you can reach every corner of Berlin very easily.

You can do check-in by yourself so it is easy outside reception working hours. The room is not so small as some other cheap rooms in Berlin. Soft mattress. Good water pressure in the shower.
