Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Eva and her team were exemplary. Bed and linen were super comfortable. Excellent location. Powerful shower, modern clean shower room. Molton Brown products. No extra charge for left luggage.

Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. It’s in the central part for food & shopping. The Housekeeping was spectacular, very 5-Star. They go an extra mile to fold all those clothings you just lay around the room. Everything is in place. I like the different kind of balm they place on my bed every night. I used it up 😊

The hotel's menu was almost all gluten free which is very unusual and such a treat for myself and my family who usually struggle with the food. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming making it a very personal experience. The facilities in the room were great for kids.

Great location, walking distance to public transport (bus and subway) and to the Big Ben, Parlamient and Trafagar Square. Nice staff, they store our luggage before check-in. Several options to eat close to the hotel.

The rooms are small but it was perfectly OK for a couple of nights. Location is superb and staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very good, would be happy to stay here again.
