Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful location directly on the water with its own private beach. Fabulous breakfast buffet and very helpful concierge.

San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness center, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. Everything was excellent. Location, area, service, food, rooms. We beyond happy that we chose this hotel.

Hotel Terme Principe is set 689 feet from Lacco Ameno’s beach. It features of 2 swimming pools, a spacious garden, and a wellness center. Location very close to Lacco Ameno - very convenient for the beach but not noisy. Very close to a bus stop. The breakfasts were plentiful and the night I dined with them was a lovely meal.

Set in Lacco Ameno, a few steps from the beach, Villa Angelica has a great location on Ischia's north coast. It features a partially covered thermal swimming pool with a hydromassage area. This is just an exceptional family run boutique hotel with its own unique arts nouveau charm. The location is superb: quiet street that is very close to the sea, restaurants, shops and 2 supermarkets. We really enjoyed our 5 nights stay in a quiet room with a nice terrace. Few times we visited the pool with curative water and it was another pleasure. The pool is not big but it is just enough to relax contemplating the surrounding well-kept garden. We also switched on the waterfall and hydromassage which function quite well. On the overall it feels like this boutique hotel is clearly underrated on booking.com. It is a real gem in Lacco Ameno.

Near the peaceful pedestrian area and just a few steps away from the beach, Albergo Terme Villa Svizzera offers a fully equipped wellness center and thermal baths on Ischia Island. Really nice facilities with well kept grounds. Right next to the bus stop.

Admire beautiful views out over the coast of Lacco Ameno from the panoramic location of this charming hotel. Relax in the spa center which includes a natural, thermal pool. It was my second stay here and hopefully not the last one! This hotel is a definition of what 4* should be - friendly Staff, nice relax area with wonderful pool, great breakfast, perfect location. Thank you for making my and my Moms march sunny and happy - looking forward to visiting you again 😊

Located on the seafront in Lacco Ameno on the Island of Ischia, Hotel La Sirenella offers a restaurant, bar and accommodations with air conditioning. They were very friendly at the hotel and I think they gave me the most beautiful room with the most beautiful view. When I was walking around, I had the feeling that I had chosen the best hotel. About 1 km from the hotel is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I will probably go back because I fell in love with Ischia and the hotel was beautiful and clean.

Family owned and run establishment made it feel like a home. Hotel sits directly in front of the beach, major stores and if your are lucky enough , you will eat typical Neapolitan meal made from a true Italian grandma ! The owner makes his own ceramic pottery which he describes as a true passion which is evident in the detail and can be seen throughout the building . If you’re lucky enough to have a terrace you’re privileged to be embraced by a beautiful Ischian sunrise with the Mount Epomeo in the background .

Located in Ischia, a few steps from Il Fungo Beach, Grand Hotel Terme di Augusto provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. The staff was exceptional -- the kindness and attentiveness of the staff (from the pool life guards and barmen, to the front desk staff) was a 5 star deluxe.
