Located next to Sakuragicho station, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was with no discernible train noise. Check-in was easy with staff on hand to help. The room was comfortable and very clean in this newer hotel. The hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the local area or further afield using the excellent train network.

Conveniently located a 1-minute walk from JR Sakuragicho Station, New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium features modern rooms with free WiFi and a restaurant. There was everything that I loved about this place and the room which faced the river was so breathtaking, I can not thank the hotel enough for giving us a riverview room. The staff were amazing and my Japanese was so poor their english was awesome. We had three people in the room and it had plenty of space to move around in. The location is right at the JR Sakuragicho station and only one stop from Yokohama which bascially can take you to all the go to places in Tokyo and surrounds. I loved this particular location as it was also much quieter than the others, and lots of places to eat, the coin laundry was not too far to walk, and everything was so super relaxing at this hotel. A huge thanks again.

The view from our room to the Cosmo Clock 21 was fabulous. the room was clean and the air conditioner did not blow in the direction of the bed as it was important for us. The stuff was helpful. It’s located close to Chinatown, but off on a side road so it’s very quiet. The owner Kenta and his family for so kind and welcoming!!!!! The house was very cozy and comfortable. I loved that there was free tea and coffee provided as well! I definitely will stay here again in the future!!! Thank you for everything!!!!😀
