The local food on your doorstep and along the railway a minute walk away was the highlight for me. It’s old town Bangkok. You get the experience, the taste is excellent and the price is low. Very few tourists around. Loved that. Staff absolutely delightful. Will direct you to anywhere you ask about. Friendly and caring. I was given a late checkout at no extra charge because it was quiet and I very much appreciated.

The road to hotel very small but no problem at all to get in , taxi can make a turn inside hotel parking .

Located within 3.9 miles of Wat Arun and 3.9 miles of Wat Pho, Kaya Place has rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bangkok. Nice staff, big room, big bed. Good to have a sofa, table, desk, fridge, good wifi, and lots of space. Not much in the immediate vicinity, but within walking / bus distance (towards Dao Kanong) there are good food options, market, night market. Plenty of untapped entertainment and great local food nearby actually, but it just takes a bit of research and planning. Near-zero tourist area.

The place only has two rooms, both facing a beautiful garden and a private pier. So you feel like you have the whole garden to yourself. Beautiful and spacious colonial style rooms with lots of character. Tucked away from the bustle of a big city. A bit hard to find at first but the owner sends very detailed instructions and came out to the main road to help with my luggage. Breakfast are delicious although a bit small in portion. The owners are so friendly. One day I woke up passed the breakfast time and they provided everything to me anyways. Also allowed me to check out in the afternoon without additional charge.
