Fairmont Century Plaza Los Angeles features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and terrace in Los Angeles. The rooms were very spacious, beautiful and clean. The staff went over the top for my family and made our stay as comfortable as possible. They even arranged a car hire for us.

When I first checked in and left the hotel, I came back to a room full of water and leakage through the roof. When I complained to the reception, they happily upgraded my room and gave me a complimentary wash to my clothes that got soaked with water.
