Great location right by Wroxham broad, with a view of the swans from the breakfast tables. Very comfy bed, room spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was buffet plus a hot meal, and the quality of the food was excellent.

Lovely waterfront hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stylish decor throughout and lovely dining room/restaurant with superb views. Our very comfortable deluxe double room didn't have such a great view, but more than made up for it with its new and tasteful furnishings, lovely linen, excellent bathroom and quality complimentary toiletries. Well-stocked complimentary tea/coffee guest tray (the best I've seen, even compared to big city hotels) and an excellent, well-cooked breakfast with plenty of choice.
