Amazing! A beautiful property. Room was exceptionally clean, love how spacious, cosy and romantic it was! The sauna, the view magnificent. The food was delicious - dinner and breakfast. Hosts are SO accomodating. A little note that we are from Australia, and don’t speak German but it didn’t matter as everyone was so lovely and accomodating (and Google translate helps). 100% recommend if you are wanting to stay in the area.

Everything!. Great location at umhaousen, 30 to 60 min drive to all attractions / activites in otztal. Place is super clean, very well equipped and very suitable for families. In addition, you also get free Otztal summer card which give a lot of benifts ( free daily cable car ride, free area 47 entry, free aqua done entry and more).

It's an amazing place in a far away corner of Niederthai, the views are breathtaking. It's a top notch place to hideaway. We also had a fireplace in our room, and the combination of it and mountains view is incredible. There's also a hiking path just right from your door, so we were really happy with this apts.

Amazingly clean and comformatable room. Lovely soft bedding and towels, bed was made and room cleaned every day. Was in a very quiet area and with great views. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with different breads, meats and chesses everyday along with a variety of cereals, yogurts, preserves, spreads, tea, coffee and juice. Welcome drink on arrival and little choc on my last day was also a lovely touch!

Located in a small village, close to a bakery and supermarket, a 25-minute drive from Solden, 10 minutes from Hochoetz, and a 50-minute walk to a magnificent waterfall. Breakfasts were tasty (standard Central European set of milk and flakes, bread, cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber, boiled eggs, and sweet cakes).

The hostess was very friendly, going the extra mile to make us comfortable. The room was large, with a bathroom with floor heating (divine!). The breakfast was amazing, and with good weather, is served outside with the view on the sunrise. Since it's located quite remotely, it's possible to see the milky way at night.
