The apartment is located in quiet surroundings, has an underground garage available and is very close to a supermarket and other shops. The flat is endowed with the most useful household appliances (except for a kettle), is provided with high-speed internet connection and a large smart-TV. Is very clean and comfortable with attention to the details. Cristina is a very kind host, who promptly replies to every request and particular need. Highly recommended. Our new reference place in Bolzano.

Max is very friendly and helpful. The location is literally walking distance to the airport. Free parking onsite was great. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and it was very convenient to be able to use the washing machine. The free bus ticket into town was also a big help just for the convenience of it.

Laives is a beautiful, clean, and peaceful town surrounded by picturesque apple orchards. It feels very safe and welcoming, with friendly people and convenient bus and train connections to Bolzano and other areas of South Tyrol.

Bolzano is located very well for travels around Alps and has everything you need. Downsides are it's veryy unclean, still expensive and I find it looks dangerous for walking alone in evenings.Maybe it's subjective opinion because I live in a very safe country, but Bolzano felt very unsafe and dirty. City does offer very good sightings and looks beautiful

Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen.

Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen. We enjoyed being close to both the city and nature. There was a local market on Tuesday, and the bakeries and restaurants in town were all delicious and staffed with friendly employees. A cool little spot for a trip!

We just visited small central, old town part of Caldaro and...

We just visited small central, old town part of Caldaro and it was nice for one/two evenings. We mostly travelled outside the Caldaro just having hotel in that town. Surrounding vineyards are lovely to visit and enjoy vine tasting. Great roads for motorbike or bike trips.

Now I am receiving rude responses from the Hotel Rotwand saying: "we do not have "italian" personal in the hotel, from eveyone the mother language is german dialect but italian citizien, so your coment look racists or even without sense. the cleaning women is not mexican, she is peruvian like i told you. if the beef you had at dinner wasn´t right, we could change it without problem" To which I must respond that I spoke Spanish with the lovely maid. Sorry I didn't know she is Peruvian, but that's no reason call me racist. I thought Fabian was an Italian name. Again sorry but that doesn't make me racist. Your rudeness continues even now after I've gone. = (

Must see location.

Must see location. You can skip como and bergamo...and opt for bolzano, monte baldo..this combo is much better, less known. Very scenic Dolomiti. Exploring Bolzano, supra bolzano, Renon cable cart, alpse di siusi is a complete weekend package worth doing.

Great place to stay while visiting the beautiful Alto-Adige region. The BZ bus pass is an easy way to get to Bolzano City Center without driving a car. Parking in town is challenging and/or expensive.

Bozen is a town close to Dolomites.

Bozen is a town close to Dolomites. Straight connection Bus from Bozen Bahnhof goes to Dolomites. The Stop to Dolomites in Ortisei is "St. Ulrich, Antoniusplatz". At this stop you have cable cars to Seceda, Alp de Suisi and the Funicular to St. Ulrich - Raschötz. Starting early morning can make it possible all in one day. I did all these 3 destinations in one day starting from Bolzano. Go to the top of Bolzano with a local cable car. Buy a Sudtirol 1day or 3 day ticket. I bought 3 day ticket which is valid 100s of kilometers in Süd tirol region. Bolzano is cost effective place to live.
