Parkhotel Laurin

Parkhotel Laurin

Old Town , Bolzano

Set in the heart of Bolzano, 200 metres from the cathedral, Parkhotel Laurin is surrounded by a beautiful park where you can dine on warm, summer evenings, or relax by the pool. I love the hotel . My third time there. I always stop there on my way to Greece and back to Norway. I will come back again and again with my two dogs. The most dog friendly place Hotel I know . And the feeling of being in a Agatha Christie play is present . I love it!!!

Hotel Hanny

Hotel Hanny

Bolzano

Located 2.5 km from Bolzano centre, Hotel Hanny features a garden, terrace and à la carte restaurant. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and accommodation with a private bathroom. Overall we had a lovely experience staying at Hotel Hanny, we were made to feel very welcome, the rooms were great, the view was wonderful. There was so much choice at breakfast time, we never went hungry. It is a 20 min walk along a lovely promenade to the town centre. Walking back there is a 5 min walk uphill, however when you see the views from your balcony it really is worth it. Would happily stay here again.

FAQs about hotels in Bolzano

Capital of the Italian Tyrol

Bolzano is one of those cases that are difficult to describe without risking undermining its beauty and complexity. A witness of the conflicts and renaissance of Europe, this Italian city is the capital of the German speaking province of South Tyrol. Located in the Adige River Valley, it is surrounded by hills crowned by castles, and framed by the Dolomites Alps.

After reaching the local railway station, follow the Bahnhofsallee or Viale della Stazione and you’ll reach Walther Square, where the beautiful Cathedral of the Assumption of Our Lady is located. The shops along the arcaded street of Via dei Portici will lead you towards the market, located in Goethe Strasse. The display of colourful vegetables and flowers encompasses the beautiful buildings, while some of the best luxury hotels in Bolzano are located nearby.

The city is famous for its Christmas Market, but be aware that most of the hotels in Bolzano get sold out quickly during this time! A stroll around the old residential quarter of Gries and a visit to the many nearby castles is a must.

Whether you arrive at the local Dolomites Airport or the larger Verona Airport, check out the Bolzano accommodation deals on Booking.com before travelling!
