LatviaI had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The parking was convenient and easy to access. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience very pleasant. We chose to visit Milano in the seconf half of August when a lot of locals are on holiday, so - as expected - the city was deserted, which we loved. It is clean, easy to navigate and all the people we met very really friendly.

We only stayed for three days and one of those was a day trip to Lake Como which was just 45minutes by train.
Food is good. Taxis are reasonably priced and there are plenty of them.

I recommend the city as a two-three day trip for those who want to see the main attractions. There are very cozy places, but at the same time the place is very tourist-oriented in several places, which is noticeable in the local prices. The food is delicious, the people are nice.
I really liked the easy ticket purchase option for Metro public transport (only bank card) - it should be introduced everywhere!

Milan is a large city, so access to sights by metro is much cheaper than uber or taxi. Many of the tourist sights are within walking distance of the Cathedral ( Duomo ) , and there is a metro station in the plaza in front.

Milan offers nice sights and very good infrastructure, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. That said, overall it didn't strike me as anything special – the atmosphere felt rather bland, and compared to other Italian cities, Milan is definitely not among the most beautiful ones for me. I wouldn't regret visiting, but next time I'd probably spend my time in a different Italian destination instead.

Great city. Visited before. Ate in a restaurant where the food and service were excellent. Language no problem as everyone just switches to English. Trains on time. Getting around was easy.

Staff were amazing. My daughter was starting a year in Milan and we booked a few nights to get us started. They helped us with a lot of information and really went above and beyond. They were so lovely and made us feel v welcome. Breakfast was great. Loads of choice. Quirky hotel which had lots of nice touches. It was a little way from city centre but in a nice location for getting a break. Great to have a pool and close to Navigli. Well serviced by bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend

When we arrived at the Hotel quite late, 10:30ish, the guy on reception was informative, helpful & welcoming. The location of the hotel was good with regards to distance from Milan station and walking distance to the main sites within Milan city centre. The room on the 4th floor was a good size with a window onto the street outside.

We had a great stay. The hotel is basic, but for the price it offers excellent value. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although it’s a little outside the city centre, getting around was easy with the tram, which takes you straight into the heart of Milan.

It's a great hotel for a city break, for sleeping and bfast purposes. Easy to travel around Milan by metro, everywhere, so the fact that the hotel location is a bit far from the city centre didn't affect our journey.

It had parking and it was spacious. Although you do need a car or taxi to get into the main centre which is about 15-20mins from Milan city centre. Hotel room price was good aswell!
