I absolutely liked the hotel, both the interior and the service. The experience started with a transfer from the airport, which was really convenient. Then, the receptionists were really nice and helpful, the room was cosy. I especially liked the shower and the shower cosmetics. Another part of the positive experience was the hotel restaurant, which provided delicious food for a reasonable price. All employees spoke perfect English.

Lovely hotel, rooms are very clean, staff nice and helpful and nice choice of breakfast. A bit of a walk to get to closest tram that takes you to main square.

Very welcoming staff members at reception, close to motorway, good comfort and good breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay again on my way to Italy

the rooms were very classy, especially a open shower with no doors, and another bathroom for special needs thats the best thing a hotel can have,especially for couples, when they shower together when bathroom separated,and also tv was nice like 2 meters away from the bed a bit up perfectly fine,location was perfect 2-3 km far doumo,7 min walk to train station and to go to doumo it was 10-15 euro taxi so it was exellent

The place was new and really modern , it was in a really good quiet zone , but the metro was very close

The hotel is amazing. It has everything you need. The rooms are big, bed is extra comfy, the hotel is really silent and you can get a proper rest. Good room isolation, wich is a rarity these days. For me was the 2nd stay here and the reception surprise me with a room upgrade which I found really nice of them. The concierge is an amazing gentleman. He offered us access to the pool but sadly our agenda was fully booked and we didn’t got the chance to enjoy it. Highly recommended. I will come back to this hotel every time I travel to Milano.

The rooms are very clean and location is very good Metro statiin is 5 mins walk away I can say the room was very well equipped and had everything we needed .

It’s really 5 minutes with the shuttle from the airport, the shuttle is regular and very comfortable. The rooms are of old style with quality wooden furniture, however, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything is perfectly clean. The dinner was served even though we arrived at 10.00, and the dishes were in accordance with high Italian standards. And the dining room is really beautiful. We also added breakfast for a small extra fee - and I had the best apple pie in my life. The reception was exceptionally helpful. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and we were in good time back at the airport the next morning.

Very nice hotel, at walking distance to the center and the main atractions. The staff was very helpfull and smiling. The brecfat was perfect! We were charmed! Highly recommend this hotel!
