Very pleasant hotel with a nice staff and a really good breakfast.

It felt very homely! Staff were lovely, breakfast so good. We had our terrace doors opened all night and woke up with the sound of birds it was so peaceful, super safe too! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Flora and Flavio are superb hosts! It's always a pleasure to visit Mirabeau. The view is stunning. The hotel is vintage. Yes, it's old, but that's the beauty of it. It holds history and memories of good people, good ocnversations and good vibes! Absolutely recommend!

great place, great view, very attentive staff. 10 minutes to Belladgio. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant, everything was very tasty, the chef took into account all our wishes. Excellent summer pool. The best option in terms of price-quality ratio of all that we have stayed before

The shuttle taxi service from ferry to hotel was very handy specially when you have some luggage. The whole staff was very very courteous and welcoming. They gave a full tour of the hotel. Dinning venue was very nice with great views. I have to keep mentioning the staff because their behaviour was way too good and that makes you feel so much at home. The air conditioning was very effective. Showers were wonderful. Although we couldn't use the pool but we saw dozens of guests enjoying the swim. The bed and pillows were the best. Ironing facility on 2nd floor was handy. Sufficient linen and towels were provided all the time. Beautiful balcony. A great gesture from hotel was that they gave us two beautiful meal boxes to take as we were checking out very early in the morning. It was very touching. Lastly, the main highlight was probably one of the best views any Bellagio hotel can provide.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo was absolutely outstanding. We felt like royalty from our arrival until our reluctant departure. It was first class, 5 star luxury 24/7. We spent 3 days & 2 glorious nights in an upgraded Terrace Garden Suite. This enormous 2 room, 2 bathroom suite accommodated our 17 year old daughter in a queen sofa bed, with a beautiful garden deck outside, & side deck with panoramic Lake Como views. It was private, palatial, & had every conceivable bathroom accessory, fully stocked fridge & pantry with snacks, & multiple Nespresso pods for whatever your coffee preference may be. The King bed was super comfortable, as were the fluffy soft towels & bathrobes. There even was a custom sewing kit with safety pins, multiple coloured threads, buttons etc amongst the multiple accessories inside the second wardrobe. Breakfast was an indulgent affair, which was leisurely, well staffed, and honestly the biggest choice & range of breakfast options imaginable. On top of this, there was the option of ordering whatever one desired, cooked to order. My personal favourite was the cereal options, (crazy I know) with so many additional condiments to add - it was like being in a candy store. I cannot even begin to rave about the enormous cheese options, as well as numerous spreads, fruits, hams & delicious pastries to die for. I thought we would skip lunch given the 7 course breakfasts, but with so many restaurant options & jaw dropping views to enjoy, we managed to wine & dine the afternoons & evenings away in awe of the ever changing views & absolute beauty of the hotel. The fitness centre is across 3 floors, with cardio equipment first, strength training 2nd, & the best equipped functional fitness I've ever seen on the 3rd floor. It was the perfect way to try & reverse the indulgences from the previous days. We also made good use of the heated outdoor lap pool, & were even brought fresh hot tea by the...

Everything. The staff were very friendly. The room was great. Breakfast was great. We only stayed the one night unfortunately as this was the best hotel we visited in Como.

Location was fantastic - it was really special place to spend the weekend. Felt homely and unique.

There are so many things to love about this hotel but if I have to pick the top three reasons, they would be: 1) The accessibility of the location - it was right in front of the ferry terminal so we do not have to wheel our heavy luggages up the cobbled stone steps. 2) The vibes - the lake view was fantastic. It was quiet and peaceful at night, the room size was just nice for couples. 3) The themed design - it was a family-owned heritage hotel and each rooms were thoughtfully designed with a mix of modern and traditional furnishings. You would not expect modern appliances (e.g. key card access, refrigerators) but it was unlike any other hotels we have stayed in and we appreciated the vintage furnishing all around the hotel. Bonus: Staff were all friendly and helpful.
