Arrived late at night for early next morning flight. Wasn’t expecting the warm welcome we received at this lovely modern hotel. Easy access to the airport. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and trendy. Will return and would recommend to any fellow travellers.

Our connecting flight was much later so we just booked it to sleep for the night. We booked after midnight and before 1 am we were there. Checkin was fast and smooth, and the room was great.

Despite Milan greeting us with rain, renovations ahead of the Olympics, closed attractions, and the usual big-city challenges, our stay at this hotel before heading back home was a truly pleasant surprise. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and positive — always ready to help with anything. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with complimentary water and tea. I had seen some reviews mentioning that rooms can feel cold, but I’d like to note that there is air conditioning/heating that you can easily adjust to your preference. Before arrival, we asked for an extra blanket for our child, and the hosts thoughtfully prepared both an additional blanket and a cozy throw for us — which we really appreciated. The atmosphere in the hotel feels warm and homelike. We were also pleasantly surprised on our way from central Milan by Air Pullman bus (highly recommended as well): after asking the very kind driver how to get to the hotel, he kindly dropped us off at Casa Nuova — not a regular stop on the route — saving us from having to take the airport shuttle. From Casa Nuova it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Convenient airport transfer, great hospitality, and a genuinely caring attitude from the hosts made our stay memorable. Thank you for making the end of our trip so comfortable — we would happily stay here again!
