The hotel is right in the center of Como, with lots of restaurants nearby. It can get a bit noisy at night because there are many people around, but once you close the windows, you can’t hear anything—the soundproofing is pretty good. Breakfast was delicious! They offer many types of juice and bread, and I especially loved the yogurt and jam. The front desk staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The room and bathroom were both really spacious. I had a great stay!

I randomly booked the place because it has the lowest price at that moment and I needed some kind of refuge for the night so I really wasn’t expecting anything.. when i got there with my child I was surprised by how the staff handled my situation so well. They were all so kind and polite. The room was a tidy and I like how every room was well equipped and has a balcony. Breakfast was good. I will definitely go back.

The hotel is centrally located in Como, close to the market, public transport, and the harbor. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

An excellent stay on Lake Como! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, but what truly makes it stand out is the staff, who are extraordinarily friendly, warm, and attentive. The location is ideal, making it a wonderful base for enjoying the beauty and charm of Lake Como. The combination of impeccable cleanliness, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality made my stay a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, v friendly staff.

Great location for exploring Como. The room and bathroom are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Check in was easy and straightforward. Balcony was spacious

We had a wonderful stay. We were room 13 and had a view of the Cathedral. Never heard any noise from street. Great location only 5 mins walk to lake. The staff were exceptional, from the reception, cleaners and breakfast staff. Breakfast was definitely a wonderful experience. Great selection and endless cups of cappuccino.
