We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Amazing wonderful kind staff, beautiful, clean and modern property with stunning views of the lake. Honestly the star of the show were the staff, especially the lovely people at reception.

Pool area was very relaxing, verandah area behind the room to sit and look at the gorgeous mountains, and great breakfast.

Easy walk from San Giovanni train station with one suitcase. The location is perfect for launching out the door straight into dining and a quick walk down to the lake. Decent lift. The room was extra comfy and quite spacious, wth a lovely bathroom. Lovely linen. Super clean place. Staff were pleasant and very efficient and held our luggage on the last day so we could walk around before leaving. We chose to eat elsewhere to be outside but the hotel breakfast looked inviting. Easy booking process and an informative response, with regular updates before we left home. Recommend for any length of time and would be quite happy to stay there for a few weeks.

Rooms, service, breakfast, free parking, location (it's not in the center, but it's close to it and not far away from a highway). We will consider this hotel for our future trips into Como area or for passing by on the way to/from Italy.

Eveeything was clean , the space of the room was good , breakfast was nice and simple , the persons in the reception were very very nice and ready to help for everything , it had warm water , they come and clean the room when you are not there , I would deffinetly recomend and in the very first moment that i will can i will go again in this hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very nice location, very welcoming. The whole hotel has a nice smell too. Staff is very very friendly and helpful, I work as a receptionist and I was so happy to see them being like this. Breakfast and bar staff were also very nice and we had amazing drinks in the bar. Breakfast is very good, they're constantly refilling everything. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy, rooms very good size. I would recommend staying here and I'd definitely stay in their hotel in another city too.

For a long time that we have not seen such nice staff!! Congratulations to the hotel. Perfect location. The food in the restaurant is very good. Better price than everywhere else and better service.

We had a great time at Corte Santa Hotel. Very clean and cosy room. The host is very reliable, friendly, and helpful 🙂 she recommended us a few places to have dinner at, and so we had a fantastic evening with local food and great wine.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!
