was very good. to the city you take a tram and walk 7 min first. Very good price for a good location and a good interior of the hotel. personell is nice and friendly.

It was lovely inside and had a great selection for breakfast, modern rooms with a huge shower, lovely staff and multiple pools.

Instead of a standard room for two, we got a Family Room for the same price. We didn't book breakfast, we missed it, but of course we had breakfast at the hotel (breakfast is excellent). When checking out, breakfast was free.

Everything was great really, very polite staff, helpful, girls in first shift were very helpful, also guys who worked and night helped us about food and everything. Parking was free. Great breakfast, clean room.

Great position, easy from the station but in a nice little street full of restaurants and ten minute walk to the Duomo Room was great with lovely view and all staff were helpful and charming. Breakfast was really good in a very pleasant room

The staff were very helpful, kind, and caring. One of them even arranged a taxi for me. The window offered a private view. The hotel is simple but serves its purpose well. 14 minutes walk to the airport. 11 minutes drive with car.

The staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem with the shower and they moved me to another room, which was an upgrade and provided a selection of cakes with a hand written apology note.

the view and the rooftop is amazing ! It is just opposite the tram station. One of the best properties I have ever stayed in ! The staff was so warm and amicable.

I booked a double room and we got a full two room app in the houses next to the hotel with the most wonderfull furniture and a georgeous bathroom, featuring a terace. It was well equipped, cleaned every day, towels changed. Our dog got a bed set up and bowls for food and water. Our daughter got a cot, some candy. There was also coffee and powdered sugar in the room and a kettle. We used the pool twice, paid 10€ per adult for 90 minutes. The pool (and spa) is open till 22:30 every day, has a bathroom equipped with toiletries, a lounge with water, tea and coffee, a salt room, a turkish bath and a sauna. The staff were wonderful and helpful. There is a parking Alberti two streets (350 m) from the hotel where we parked for 24€ for two days. The hotel has a bar next to it which is open till 22:30 and serves AMAZING pizza (even if you order at 22:15 for take away). Our daughter loved it and cried when we left, we almost cried, perfection. In my opinion, it is not too far from center, a 20 minute walk if you go straight forward which gives you the opportunity to see the city a little bit or a long walk if you decide to go down to the river and follow it, which offers wonderful scenery.
