Clean beds, room and bathroom and spaceous too. The hotel is new. Very quiet rooms. Convenient restaurant in the lobby, friendly staff. Good area. Modern admosphere. Best stay in Florence for the money. Tramway fron city centre to airport stop in the front. 15 minutes walk to Duomo. I recommended it and will repeated it.

The location was perfect—very close to the station. The hotel was clean, and the view was great. When I found out that I might not be able to go to Pisa because of the strike, I asked the staff for advice. They kindly suggested that I might still be able to go if I joined a tour and even offered to call for me the next morning. In the end, I didn’t go to Pisa, but the staff were very helpful, and spending the day exploring Florence turned out to be a wonderful memory. At check-in, Lorenzo explained everything very thoroughly. We even had a fun conversation about anime. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality.

Stayed in a private room. Everything was super clean, with lots of storage space. Bonus: very comfortable, hard bed. Staff was managing the heavy workload very well, they were goal-oriented and focused and efficient. I accidentally forgot to check out (I thought I was staying a day longer!), which meant they had to pack my things for me and keep them for me until I came "home" late at night - they packed everything with care, nothing was missing or broken. The cleaner who did that for me deserves a medal. The front desk were also very nice and understanding about it, no shaming (apparently these things happen, even if that was a first for me!). Good wifi. I also liked the vibe of young people in the lobby. Overall, great experience.

Location was good, staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was awesome. The staff let us to keep our baggage at the keeping point after checkout because our train to Rome was in the evening. Everything was exceptional. I recommend this hotel.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays we have ever experienced on many levels. The friendly manner and exceptional professionalism of the staff, was always present. They were always kind, considerate and showed generosity that we feel was above average. It was my birthday and they spoilt me and made very special throughout our stay. The Spa & wellness centre was also a fabulous experience and so relaxing. The location is wonderful, the rooftop restaurant, bistro, breakfast buffet and all facilities were fabulous. The pool area on the roof is fantastic! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Livorno!

Brand new hotel. Excellent design. Very helpful stuff. The location is really good. You have to walk 15 mins to get to the centre storico, but it is not a problem. Tram passes right in front of the hotel that can take you anywhere.

everything was good, the bed was very comfortable and the whole room was amazing. the personal was so kind, i don’t speak italian but they tried there best to spoke to me in english-spanish and they help me a lot with any kind of doubts that i had. the location was pretty good because the hotel it’s close to the traim that you can took right next to the airport, so it was very comfortable i arrive at the hotel in 15 minutes and for not much than 2eur. the hotel is very pretty and you also have a lot of restaurants near by if you want to eat something.
