Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a great value for money. Not to mention the location which is ~5min walk from all the greatest hits, as well as the train station nearby. Would recommend for a worry-free stay. The breakfast was okay, and the room had a great view from the terrace.

The room was super comfortable and modern. It was clean. And they put everything you could need there. Also they host you with tea and coffee that you could make in your room and also water in fridge. Also the staff were very nice . They kindly delivered my luggage before check-in time and one of them called Marlys was super gentle and explained me everything about what I could see during my visit in Florence and restaurants bars and tours.

We loved everything about this property. Location was great, very comfortable, clean, staff was super polite. Although the structure was old they had managed to do an elevator, so it was quite helpful with the luggage. In the end of our stay they gifted us a bottle of wine from their own winery. We will definitely come back!

Very nice hotel located in the center of Pistoia on a quiet street. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Although the breakfast area isn't too big the selection of meals is very satisfactory. We didn't make a reservation for parking place, but there is a lot of free spaces in few minutes walk radius. For initial check-in there is one spot for a car just at the door. Definitely would like to visit this place again.

Everything! Rafaela, Riccardo, Carlo and all the employees of the resort, including the reception and the restaurant make you feel home. The grounds of the hotel are clear, isolated, located in such a green-lush setting that you never want to leave. The sea is just by your step, and whenever you want to enjoy the sunset or walk by the beautiful Biadola, it’s there. It’s a perfect place for bohemian, easy going and quiet luxuries sense of treating yourself.

Instead of nice words, I unfortunately have to point out the rudeness of the local people. I speak very good Italian, but from personal experience I concluded that it is better to keep quiet about my knowledge of Italian and use only English, which I did because using only English I received excellent service. Namely, at several locations in the city, most notably at the Santa Maria Novella train station, I was faced with extremely rude staff. The young girl who works at the Feltrinelli book shop was extremely rude to me as a customer, which was witnessed by other customers (a complaint was sent to Feltrinelli), then the lady from Trenitalia shouted at me when I couldn't find my "binario". I apologize but I was not born neither I live in Italy, I was just a tourist, I was just asking, maybe it's better if I didn't, but then what is the purpose of the Trenitalia staff at the station?) I know that Italian "shouting" should sound charming and nice, but only when it really is, my experience of communicating with local people in Italian has been reduced to utter rudeness. When I started communicating in English, I received excellent service. Despite the bad experience with the locals, I liked the city, but my stay was too short. I would like to visit it again because it is beautiful and has a soul :).

It is a beautiful and picturesque city with many wonderful historical buildings. Everywhere was accessible on foot although the streets were unevenly paved. The €14 ticket for entrance into the 5 x Duomo buildings was excellent value & walking up to 130 steps to get views from the Facciatone was definitely worth it! The Opera Night was another highlight of our Siena visit.

Absolutely beautiful city. Have recommended it to everyone who has asked about my trip. Lots of stuff to see and plenty of amazing restaurants too. Don't miss the Botanic garden it was an absolute oasis of peace and quiet when I visited earlier this month. Far less crowded than Florence and absolutely lovely people. Also easy access to Florence and Pisa (Tower and Airport) by train. Already looking at going back for a few days next month

A unique Tuscan town. There are lots of other hill top towns around also worth a visit but the history of this one is interesting and this is seen in the buildings (towers). Two of the best gelato shops in Italy. Can also recommend Osteria Baccano on the street running parallel to the main shopping street.

I only stayed overnight, but this gritty, international and vibrant city grew on me by the hour. Tourists are an exception here so you get to see life in a port city next to the people who call it home. Do t miss the Mercato Centrale, but go before noon. Also across the street from there find the small bar Da Gagarin for their inimitable “5 e 5” chickpea sandwich, at less than 3 Euro.
