This place was absolutely incredible. The rooms were huge and airy and finished to a great standard. The location is literally 5 minutes drive from the Centro by taxi and 20 mins walk. Micheal the owner, did the kindest gesture whilst we were there. We will definitely be back. If you want a refreshing hotel in Arezzo with incredible amenities this is the place. You won’t regret it!

room is spacious for the price. Bathroom is clean and large. Bed is comfy. They accepts dogs and the fee for the dogs is cheap! For short stay it is perfect. To the Arezzo city center, I cannot say it is walkable, maybe around 40 min. one way, but if you have a car, there is no problem at all.

Location was convenient for us as we were encountered to somewhere else. Friendly receptionist when we checked in, and she spoke English so that made things easier. Fantastic breakfast filled with lots of sweet treats as well as savoury options. VERY good coffee too.

Arezzo has a slower, more authentic feel than many better-known Tuscan destinations, with an extraordinary historic centre that is easy to explore on foot. Piazza Grande is particularly impressive, with its unusual shape and remarkable mix of medieval and Renaissance architecture.

Loved how safe Arezzo was, we enjoyed just wandering around the streets and the Piazza Grande was lovely. Really enjoyed the National Archaeological Museum, Museum of the Joust, The National Museum of Medieval and Modern Art, The Basilica Di San Francesco and the Fortezza Medicea. Can highly recommend doing a pasta cooking class - Arezzo: Pasta and Tiramasu Cooking Class with unlimited Wine, with Antonella and Barbara was so much fun and delicious!

Beautiful old town with some good restaurants and bars. Visited the gold museum and the cathedral which were very interesting. Too hot to do much walking around. Check out Antique market on 1st Sunday of the month and various festivals throughout the summer in Arezzo and neighbouring towns.

Arezzo is a fantastic town.

Arezzo is a fantastic town. Cumulatively I've spent over 5 months there, and I think it hits the sweet spot of a place that is equipped for and expects tourists but is never really overwhelmed by then. People are nice, the food is great, there are things to see and do, and the train station is close to the center so you can take day trips elsewhere without much of a problem. I am not going to make specific recommendations, since it actually is one of those places where you'll eat pretty well no matter where you go, and you'll do extra well if you get some typical Tuscan fare or even some specifically Aretine food. There is a surprising number of museums worth seeing, such as the archaeological museum. On the whole, I really highly recommend Arezzo

Arezzo is a beautiful city, full of character and atmosphere. We loved wandering through the old streets, enjoying the architecture, the piazzas, and the relaxed Tuscan feel of the place. The food was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants and cafés, and the city had a lively but unhurried atmosphere. It felt authentic, welcoming, and very easy to enjoy. There is a railway station so access into Florence would be easy (1 hour). Cortona is also an easy drive. Try the Florentine Steak in PorcaVacca restaurant - divine, the coffee/breakfast in Sugar in the Corso Italia.

while there are places to see, I would not consider this a touristy destination. It's a big, busy town, unlike your typical Tuscany places to visit. We also had problems adjusting to local schedules, we were bumping into closed shops, museums and restaurants all the time; plan ahead, especially if it's second half of sunday or a monday.

The Hotel Continentale is a grand old hotel. The foyer is stunning. There is a small bar in the entry that is a great spot to rest weary feet before going out. The breakfast was fabulous and quite extensive. The rooms were well appointed. The digital checkin was great and saved a lot of time on arrival. The Hotel is a short walk from the train station, but central to all attractions.

Absolutely marvellous apartment located close to the multi-storey car parking (Baldacchino) and in the direct vicinity of the historical centre of Arezzo; well-equipped, very modern and spacious. Alessandra is a very friendly and helpful manager who solves problems if needed. For sure if I am back to Arezzo I'd love to stay in this gorgeous apartment:-)

I would highly recommend Casa Mirko when staying in Arezzo. There is parking right beside the property which is extremely handy. The owner, Walter was incredibly helpful and kind and prepared a fantastic breakfast. The room was lovely and there were so many little added extras and details that made the room extra special. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Cozy countryside/ rural hotel, nearby Arezzo. The restaurant utilizes most of the food grown or cultivate on the own farm, including wine, which was excellent. Dinner and breakfast were awesome. A place to definetely come back in the future.
