Everything was great really, very polite staff, helpful, girls in first shift were very helpful, also guys who worked and night helped us about food and everything. Parking was free. Great breakfast, clean room.

Great location close walk to city center, staff very helpful gave us a nice wine opener. Good breakfast.

Wonderful accommodation, not far from the train station and the city center, and a great breakfast. We extended the stay with a night, considering how easy is to visit the surroundings from there.

We picked this Hotel for a final two nights of a two week holiday. We were looking for a quiet relaxed few days before heading home and this did not disappoint. From the gorgeous pool to lovely gardens, plenty of spaces to just chill. Absolutely beautiful Hotel, and the service was quietly there all day when needed. Would recommend 100%.

We sincerely want to thank the owners of this cozy hotel! An incredible place where we still want to return. First of all, we arrived in Siena after 23.00, but the owner immediately contacted us and wrote all the necessary information, Wi-fi password and even more. The location is simply luxurious, the heart of Siena! We booked a room with a shared bathroom, but the owner nicely gave us a room with its own bathroom, it was very nice, after almost 3 days of the trip! The rooms are very clean, there is everything you need: towels, hair dryer, soap. There is a small supermarket 3 steps from the hotel, also the owners kindly told the place with delicious coffee and cornetto!) The style of the hotel is a cozy Italian classic, what we were looking for in Tuscany, come here, you will not regret it! The owners are just gold, Siena is a dream city, we wish you to come back here and stay here!!!!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city center of Siena, just near the Piazza del Campo and in walking distance to all the other places of interest vor tourists. Price-value is very good, the room and the bathroom were impacable clean. We stayed here during our Via Francigena pilgrimage and enjoyed the stay. Small remark: the hotel is on the 5th floor, so for people with disabilities it may not be the best option, but every one else we recommend to not be scared by the staires. Walking up was well worth the effort.

Perfect arrival communication, very warm welcome, we felt like home from the first second, we had everything we needed and the central location made the visits of the city very comfotable. Sitting on the terrace was pure holiday feeling.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. The location couldn’t be better. So central and near so many great views Adequate breakfast and room was very nice.
