The staff was very kind and helpful. They reply to emails very fast. Breakfast was good. The hotel is surrounded by nature.

Amazingly friendly staff who provided us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The room had one of the best views I have seen and the location was excellent! Would definitely want to go back during summer to sit on the balcony which was attached to our room.

The location is great in the heart of the old town, the staff is friendly. I recommend it.

The staff were so incredibly approachable, fun and hospitable. A big shout out to Hatem at the front desk for being so helpful during our stay too. The spa facilities were great and even though it was very stormy and rainy, it actually made the experience better as we were able to be in the pool in the rain watching the sky and then dip into the sauna ❤️ Reasonably easy to get to from Siena train station by taxi. Dinner was nice, the antipasti being the best! 🧀

Property is well situated within easy reach of all the main attraction. There are escalator bang opposite the hotel which takes you up 5 stairs of flight, so save you a good walk. Property’s decor feels a bit old style, but the room was comfortable and the staff was excellent. There is paid parking available opposite to the property, website says parking available it does not specify that it is ten euro’s paid parking

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, every corner has the most beautiful interior design. The setting is absolutely stunning and since it only has 10 rooms it feels so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff were kind and courteous. When I had questions, they were happy to provide answers. Those suggestions were always good. The location is amazing. You are within a two-minute walk from the Campo. There is a great coffee shop at the end of the short block. The restaurants and sites are all a short walk from the location. The room was very clean with a new paint job and all that you need for a comfortable stay.

It’s an old historical building and everything inside makes you feel like in other times. It’s charming its way. Everything is very authentically old. The biggest jewel of this hotel is its terrace. You can take the best panoramic photos there. Also there is sunset view from the terrace which makes the feeling unforgettable.

the location was awesome, just far enough from the main parts to be nice and quiet, and the view was amazing, we got the breakfast included and it was worth every cent.
