This is an amazing hotel because the staff was very cordial and helpful The location is awesome as it is just walking distance from Pisa Leaning Tower Bathroom was very clean Linens were super clean Coffee machine was available at ground floor Snacks machine is available

We were there just for one night, but the room was very clean and the bed were comfortable

The Front Desk Staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. Can't be better. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the Pisa Tower. Go at 0700 AM to the tower and do your pictures, then you are alone there and then enjoy the very good hotel breakfast. Rooftop Restaurant very good but you need to reserve early, same day may not work always.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, super helpful. Everything was clean, breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Complimentary water was perfect on a hot summer days! Good location from the city centre and from the airport.

Impeccable cleanliness, we felt safe. An extra comfort was given by the heat from the radiators. The balcony was big, large yard with parking spaces. Very good communication via WhatsApp

"The place is very clean and absolutely beautiful. I loved how it has preserved its old charm in such an elegant way. The hotel is a historic palace, and some rooms still maintain the original wall paintings, which is truly fascinating. Inside the palace, there is also a cave and five indoor and outdoor thermal pools filled with natural hot sulfur water. The pools rely entirely on natural thermal waters coming from the mountain springs. These springs are rich in minerals such as sulfates, calcium, and magnesium, making them therapeutic and beneficial for the joints, skin, and overall relaxation, without any chlorine. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. My stay was wonderful, and I will definitely repeat it."

It was very close to the Pisa Tower. The room is simple but has everything needed. AC perfect.

Excelent location, Nice staff

We had to find a hotel in Pisa on short notice and luckily came across this one. The owner, as well as all the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was just perfect. We felt so comfortable during our first night that we decided to stay for a second one. Since we arrived in the evening, we walked straight to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this place again if we return to Pisa.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and made our stay most comfortable. Could not do enough for us. Even booked us a taxi to the station. The hotel itself could not be in a better location. Having breakfast looking at the Tower was amazing. We had our own terrace outside our room shared only with one other room. The room was clean and serviced daily to perfection.
