Very good bed. Just next to the tower of Pisa. Easy parking, that I reservated earlier. Staff reslly good. Great breakfast. Really good for the money.

I actually returned to Helvetia specifically because my flight home was from Pisa, but honestly I was happy for the excuse, since my first stay had been great and this time was no different. I got a bigger room with an en suite bathroom this time, which was a lovely upgrade. The hotel looked freshly renovated throughout and everything felt brand new while still keeping this beautiful vintage decor that I absolutely loved. And the cleanliness was really impressive, everything felt spotless and well looked after. The view from my room was absolutely dreamy, mountains stretching out as far as you could see, the kind you just sit and stare at for a while. Location-wise you really can't fault it: - The Leaning Tower is literally 3 minutes away on foot - Piazza dei Cavalieri just 5, and everything else - Palazzo Blu, the shopping street, the train station, within 15-20 minutes. In the street right next to the hotel you've got cafés, restaurants and even a couple of supermarkets for everyday bits. The only downside is no elevator, so luggage requires a bit of effort. I heard they're working on it though, so maybe next time! Would I go back for a third stay? Absolutely.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, super helpful. Everything was clean, breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Complimentary water was perfect on a hot summer days! Good location from the city centre and from the airport.

Excelent location, Nice staff

We had to find a hotel in Pisa on short notice and luckily came across this one. The owner, as well as all the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was just perfect. We felt so comfortable during our first night that we decided to stay for a second one. Since we arrived in the evening, we walked straight to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this place again if we return to Pisa.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and made our stay most comfortable. Could not do enough for us. Even booked us a taxi to the station. The hotel itself could not be in a better location. Having breakfast looking at the Tower was amazing. We had our own terrace outside our room shared only with one other room. The room was clean and serviced daily to perfection.
