We enjoyed half board: fantastic breakfast and dinner with genuine and exquisite products. Reception and highly efficient services. A pleasant surprise on a journey to discover the Valdorcia and Valdi Chiana. Simple and clean rooms, clean sheets and linen. Mr. Martini, a manager with a big heart, can be read in the eyes of his team and can be felt by the family atmosphere that can be felt in every room and pampering customers

Everything was great really, very polite staff, helpful, girls in first shift were very helpful, also guys who worked and night helped us about food and everything. Parking was free. Great breakfast, clean room.

Lovliest staff . We loved our stay , warm and cosy you can have a drink anytime. Our room was large enough ...the wall was heated , we were here in December. Siena was 15 minute drive and a fantastic day out. Great restaurants nearby and next door . 10/10 . Great value for $$

Firstly the location, only 5 minutes walk to one of the city entrances. The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. Not many facilities, but this suited us as we only wanted a base to drive out to to the historic nearby towns. The big bonus here was a great clean pool area with ample seating and parasols. The pool was also large considering there are only 20 rooms here. Our only other need was a breakfast, which was excellent and offered plenty of choice each day. Everything good! The hotel location is excellent, there is a public free parking just arround the corner. The breakfast is very good, many options. The staff is great!!!It was a really good choice!

Wonderful accommodation, not far from the train station and the city center, and a great breakfast. We extended the stay with a night, considering how easy is to visit the surroundings from there.

We were so warmly welcomed by the staff and so was our dog. It’s a simple place, but has everything needed and we couldn’t be happier to have a nice rest for 1 night there.
