My wife and I stayed at Bellavista Valmadrera over Easter for our anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The entire property was spotless—tidy, clean, and clearly well cared for. It’s a peaceful, quiet place that allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying each morning, and we really enjoyed the restaurant connected to the hotel—it was a great touch having such quality dining right on site. The free and secure parking was a big plus, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special occasion. Highly recommended.

Very decent hotel in a good location especially if you need to spend some relatively short time in Lecco area. I am personally a bigger fun of apartments, especially for a longer stay, but this hotel is great for both options. Very polite and helpful personnel, attentive to guests and their needs. My room was very clean, big and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of tasty dishes, especially their local pastry.

We liked the lake view from the restaurant and our room really much. The breakfast was amazing ,there were too many variuos kind of food appropriate for any taste.

Location was spectacular and my view towards the lake and mountain was breathtaking. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were soo helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast offering was good and the kids loved it

The location is perfect for a quiet romantic break. The hotel is beautifully appointed down a quiet lakeside street and has a quiet private car park. We called the hotel for instructions and they were bubbly and dlegihted to help, even meeting us at the car parkon our arrival to take our luggage. The entrance to the hotel is romantic in it's secret and once through a deep archway you enter a very beautiful coutryard surrounded on three sides by the hotel and on the forth by the bare rock of a steep mountain face. The stair to the recetpion was wide and carpetted in claret, Strongly Recommend Great Value..so clean.

He made sure we were comfortable and attended to every need with remarkable attentiveness. The atmosphere at the Sporting Club is authentically Italian, which added to the charm and appeal of our visit. We absolutely loved the ambiance—it felt like a delightful escape into the heart of Italy. The culinary experience was a highlight of our stay. The manager's father, who is also the chef, prepared the best meals we had during our entire trip in Italy. His dishes are crafted with passion and expertise, making each meal a memorable experience. One day, when the restaurant was closed for lunch, they went out of their way to prepare us a fantastic pasta dish so we wouldn't have to venture out in the rain. This level of care and thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Overall, we can't recommend the Sporting Club highly enough. It combines warm, family-style hospitality with top-notch cuisine in a setting that exudes Italian charm. If you are looking for an authentic and delightful place to stay, this is it.
