This place is more beautiful than we expected! The view is lovely. The staff is excellent. The rooms were well appointed, immaculately clean, and serviced regularly. Also very comfortable and quite nice. The restaurant is well worth trying. It appears to be a destination dining place for locals, too. The food is fantastic, gourmet farm to table. Breakfast is also delightful. We were a group of 6 friends, and all gave this place top rating.

An absolute pleasure to stay over at this place. Wish I had more time to try all yummy stuff from the menu. Lake views are amazing and worth the narrow road trip up. Super nice family run business- will be back soon

One of those truly perfect stays that leaves only the best impressions! Highly recommended! We will certainly come back. The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, with excellent beds, convenient parking, and a great breakfast selection. Everything is well thought out, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. The location is also very convenient, making the stay even more enjoyable. What was especially valuable and truly pleasant is not only the highly professional, attentive, and courteous staff, but also the exceptional involvement of the hotel manager. The manager demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, provided extensive and thoughtful assistance, and was genuinely helpful even with matters not directly related to accommodation. This level of care, attention, and human involvement made the stay feel truly special! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The apartment is perfect, in a wonderful location with everything close by, and the staff are very kind and professional.

The location was fantastic. There is a little supermarket right next door, lots of restaurants and patisserie’s nearby, and very close to the water. The Apartment was tidy and comfortable, and had great air conditioning for the really hot days.

We were met on arrival by the host and she was so nice giving us all the information on our accommodation and Como.

Perfect locación Breakfast super complete z( eggs,fruit, yogurt, cookies, toasts, ham and cheese, butter and marmalades, coffee and Milk lungo! Everything with many bon giornos and smiles!

Everything is close, clean and comfortable beds.

The property has excellent location as within walking distance are the main central squares of Como, the port where you can buy tickets for cruises in Como, many small coffee shops-cafes where you can take breakfast and last but not least a supermarket to get some basic staff for the days you will stay at La Perla! Also the help of the staff, Federica and Carolina was valuable both before and during our stay!
