Perfect location - can't be better, right at the Duomo. Service is really good, hotel gave us a free upgrade with really over our expectation. Breakfast quality is the top standard with warm and kind services.

Everything to be honest was excellent, from the amazing staff, to the estate of the art rooms, to the location. Its my favorite hotel in Milano and I will come back again with no doubt. From all of the above, I would like to thank Marco from the reception team. He welcomed us to the hotel and arrange all our needs. The check in was at 3 pm but we arrived early at the hotel (around 10 am) and he gave us a room that was ready without having to wait till 3pm. Thanks again Marco and the rest of the staff!

The location is just opposite the Duomo, and there are various restaurants and shops nearby, super convenient. But what really stands out is the receptionist Kevin and his colleague who are so helpful and warm-hearted. They not only replied my enquiries in a timely manner, but helped me send my ski bags and book Michelin restaurants with a warm smile on their face. My guests said they will definitely come again next time.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sight-seeing. We could see the Duomo from our window. The hotel staff were very welcoming and generously offered a free room upgrade on arrival. The room itself was superb and easily accommodated our party of three. We will definitely choose here again for our next visit to Milan.

Milan Cathedral was truly magnificent, despite the dramatic...

Milan Cathedral was truly magnificent, despite the dramatic rain. The architecture and the atmosphere inside the cathedral felt almost heavenly, soaring far above the storm outside. The many paintings and statues throughout the space added depth and quiet reverence, each telling its own story in stone and color.

Get in &’soak on spiritually, hear Latin mass, look up the ceiling and admire the many statues that lined the church as you go out. Also near shopping at the iconic & Italy’s oldest active shopping arcade & landmark:the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel A popular superstition: spin around three times clockwise on the bull mosaic (specifically, on its testicles) said to bring good luck!!

Very crowded.

Very crowded. Get into line early and do not get out of line, even if you have a later tour time. We had booked earlier online but the wait in line and the noise and congestion in the square detracted from the experience.

I'll come back again in winter.

I'll come back again in winter. Today was too hot to stay out in this square for me. Especially as there are limited affordable restaurants or cafes nearby to rest and recover in, only the jet set designer price bracket type.$$$$$$$

If you want to get the most out of your visit to the Duomo...

If you want to get the most out of your visit to the Duomo di Milano, definitely get a tour guide. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and a local. He visited the attraction as a child and was able to compare his childhood experience with the current square and crowds who visit.
