We had a very good stay in this hotel. From the nice welcome with the free room upgrade, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel itself is very nice with exceptional cleanliness and in a great location. The room is spacious, comfortable and contains everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The choice available for breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety to suit everyone's taste.

Clean, quiet and modern. A good cocktail bar that also serves non-alcoholic cocktails. They also take allergies into account.

Exeptional staff! Lovely Hotel

I was travelling alone. This property is So handy to Central Metro station and to catch the shuttle to airport. This was important to me. Lots of little restaurants within a few minutes walk and a 30 min walk to the Milan Cathedral and square. Perfecto!

The reception was so helpful in any required aspect. Throughout my entire stay, they helped me with my disability scooter without even asking :). Always smiling and always offering sincere assistance to everyone.

The staff are amazing and very friendly especially Danielle and Virginia. Thank you Danielle for the Women's day gift. That was a great surprise It was a walking distance to restaurants and train station.

Very close to Milano Centrale train station within 5 minute walk. Breakfast included in rate was a great way to start the day. Although the building is older, it is clean and has a few refurbishments. Elevator access to higher floors.

It is my 4th stay at this hotel, and it has always been very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Central train station, as well as metro, bus, and tram stations. The rooms are very nice and clean, equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and everything you might need. Additionally, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. During this stay, unfortunately, my phone and credit card were stolen while I was in the city. However, the hotel staff, especially Agneszka, was very kind in helping me to block my credit card and SIM. Alongside her colleagues Emanuele and Daniele, they assisted me with all my issues, including sending emails, printing tickets, and providing valuable advice. I felt incredibly safe and well-supported, as if I were among family. Many thanks to all the staff who helped and supported me during this challenging time. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
