EVERYTHING. THEY WORK VERY WELL.

I loved the large comfy bed and hot shower. Ideally located close to the train station, airport buses and metros to discover the city or to get out of the city. Just a short walk away, there are cozy restaurants and even a cat cafe. The reception was very polite and helpful.

Lovely Team, mega clean.. and excellent value for money.. Traveled with my 8year son- everyone was so nice and made sure we get a great stay. Very near to the center and in front of the Main Train Station as we needed for our journey. Nice, quality and generous breakfast too… Would be easier if you could set a larger termoflaske with tea/ americano coffee too, for refill instead of personally serving- but this also makes it more luxurious so you see.

Loved the location & decor

The staff was absolutely amazing! The went above and beyond to make our long stay absolutely perfect! The room was clean and they changed bedsheets frequently! The guys at the reception were always very helpful and tried to accommodate all our needs and requests. Their bar area was great! Very welcoming and cozy! The room size was great! The hotel location was perfect(very close to the train station and very close to the subway)

Nice staff and comfortable room

It is close to basically everything (within walking distance of all the major attractions or public transport stations), making it a perfect location to explore the city.

Everything Excellent Excellent Excellent Except for two racist servers (being rude and following my daughter around for no reason and being disrespectful to her) in the dining area at breakfast everything was excellent We reported the abhorrent servers to the front desk!

Walking distance to Milano Central Station. Adjacent opposite there is a Chinese operate Bar … good price and foods are excellent taste … try their Prawn Spaghetti… is nice

My stay was wonderful. I really liked everything about this hotel—the room, the staff, and the location were all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for getting around Milan. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
