We arrived when it was raining and were left outside for quite a while and got drenched. However Marsha made up for it with her services. She was extremely helpful and efficient.

The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly.

People at the reception were very kind, they helped me with copies of documents. The service staff was also kind and friendly. Respect to you all guys

The room, the breakfast, very close to San Siro te watch the game, the secured parking beside the hotel.

The Hotel was great. The staff were very friendly, helped us with everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was a little weird if you go up from the hotel, but if you're going to the city center it's a 40minute walk in a good neighboorhood.

Good service and breakfast. We even managed to quickly organize a small birthday party for our son at the restaurant, for which we are grateful.

Excellent location as I came for one day to Milano from Kuwait to attend Derby Milano. The room was good enough, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good for a three star hotel. The staff was friendful.

I’ve read the ratings before coming here, and personally didn’t experience anything of the negatives. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good enough to keep you going until lunch time. The lady at the breakfast is also very friendly. The rooms are clean, they change the towels and make your bed every day. Easy center access with tram to the Dome. More than perfect for those who come to see Milano for a few days and mainly come to the Hotel to spend the nights. Hope my review is detailed enough to make you choose this place. I’ve been to many Hotels before and this is easily 8.5+ rating in reality in the 3star category.

I really liked the staff — they were polite, attentive, and welcoming. It was very nice to receive a room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

​Finding this hotel at such a reasonable price during the Olympics was a wonderful surprise. Homa Certosa District is a true gem. The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. I really appreciated the high-quality details: Dorelan mattresses and pillows for a great night's sleep, and premium Culti toiletries (shampoo, body wash, and hand wash). ​The room featured excellent air conditioning and heating, a large TV, and a spacious, modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. A great bonus was the complimentary coffee machine, available for delicious hot drinks and water. As for the location, the area is quiet and well-connected—you can easily reach the city center via the 1 or 12 tram lines. ​Next time I’m in Milan, I know exactly where I’ll be staying!

Realiy friendly staffs and good connectivity to milano central

I felt safe and secure on my own. It was quiet and the facilities were trouble free. All the staff were friendly. Very good access from the city center. The M1 Lotto is within walking distance and the train will take you right to the sights in no time, and of course the M4 Portello was convenient to get to the central station. I enjoyed lots of coffee for free in my room. The store was well stocked and I was in the mood for a glass of wine in the evening so I could drink it.

Clean, very afforda6riim in the central Milan. Very friendly front desk reception. Will stay again!
