The staffs are friendly, and best rating for their customer services. I stayed here with 17pax, and the staffs handled our pre-check in very well. Everything is in order when we arrived. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect for us. Just 3-4min walk to train central, near supermarket, and lots of restaurant nearby for breakfast / lunch / dinner

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is exceptionally kind, hospitable, and polite, which made our experience very pleasant. The room while not large, was very cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities. Everything was in good condition and very clean, new fixtures in the bathroom. The location is excellent. We have no complaints and were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was so perfect is just afront of the Central station and the bus shuttle to the airport!

For a solo traveler in Milan I do believe it is most practical while offering a high level of amenities. The buildings itself is located right across the street to the rail station. It is solidly built and although the main desk/lobby is located on the 5th floor , that lends to a secure entranceway via bell button. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra for the traveler. In my case, losing my wallet, and then being found by the Milan police. Hotel Folen, tracked me down and made it possible to get it back! I say for that kind of effort, they indeed deserve your choice of place to stay while in Milan.
