My room was great, and it absolutely reached my expectation. We had a lovely stay, the room was comfortable, it had a beautiful view to a park, it is very well located and close to the subway station, and breakfast was very nice as well. I would definitely come back for another stay!

We had a very good stay in this hotel. From the nice welcome with the free room upgrade, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel itself is very nice with exceptional cleanliness and in a great location. The room is spacious, comfortable and contains everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The choice available for breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety to suit everyone's taste.

The location is perfect and the suite is great for a family vacation. Offering excellent quality food in the ground floor restaurant. Will stay again!

I traveled solo. The room was very clean, everything you need. The room had mini fridge . Good location close to the metro station 2 min walk and train station up to 10 min walked ( depending how fast you walking) They stored my luggage after I checked out. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Definitely safe location to stay. Will come back.

Great location, close to the train station and about 15 minutes by tram to Duomo. Very clean, affordable and friendly staff. We will for sure come back again!

It was very nice stay for 3 days in Milan. Location of the hotel very convinient only 15-20 minutes walk to Milano Centrale railway station. But we walk everywhere, also in Piazza Gae Aulenti, Pinacoteca di Brera, Castello Sforzesco, and then to the center. Actually you can take a tram just near the hotel but walking is not far. Room and hotel itself were clean and comfortable, room enough big with good sound insulation. Tram is just infront of your window but you sleep well and do not hear it so much. Also outside was quite cold because we have been in November but room was warm. Breakfast was enough with choice and taste. Personal all were friendly and helpful.

Mr. Luca, also from the front desk team, brought a great spirit and positive energy, and Mr. Samir went above and beyond to assist with any request we had. Mr. Mamadou from the security team was professional and courteous at all times. We also want to sincerely thank Mr. Lkhael, who was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout our stay. Always smiling and ready to assist, he added a wonderful personal touch that made a real difference. From housekeeping, Mrs. Sara was outstanding—her attention to detail and respectful manner left a lovely touch in our room every day. We were generously offered a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s service is undoubtedly high-end; the staff is well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. The location is excellent—safe, clean, and well-connected by nearby stations. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities like luggage scale—small touches that show attention to guest needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. My first time in Milan was memorable! Theo hotel was a part of this amazing experience, mainly due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who made every single detail special. The location is very good, surrounded by restaurants, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. We received an upgrade, and everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I will definitely be back!
