Everything, the breakfast was exceptional!!

We had a very good stay in this hotel. From the nice welcome with the free room upgrade, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel itself is very nice with exceptional cleanliness and in a great location. The room is spacious, comfortable and contains everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The choice available for breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety to suit everyone's taste.

The facility is located in a very central area, making it easy to access everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. I should especially mention that both the breakfast and the dinners are excellent. I would recommend it to everyone for a trip to Milan.

The location was great if you like a neighborhood feel with easy access to transportation to all the sights. The breakfast was fantastic and you could order coffee based drinks throughout or go for the drip coffee. Best part by far was the staff! They were so helpful from check-in to check-out

Perfect location. Clean, safe, easy to access the city or the station or metro. Basic room, with a bed and shower. Perfect for a single traveller. 24 hour staff on the reception desk

Good for resting when on a business trip

Next level clean and modern, exactly what I needed after long days of traveling and jumping on tours. Staff were exceptional, all went out of their way to help. Communication and instructions for access also fantastic. Location is superb, walking distance to everything and very close to Metro station. Will stay there again.

The hotel is really near to the main train station and 20-30 mins walking distance from the center and the Duomo. The beds are big and comfy. Room was clean and nice. Also the bathroom is big enough. The staff were really polite and answered all the questions we had. There is a Caffè in the hotel where you can drink coffee in a lovely backyard
