The location was great if you like a neighborhood feel with easy access to transportation to all the sights. The breakfast was fantastic and you could order coffee based drinks throughout or go for the drip coffee. Best part by far was the staff! They were so helpful from check-in to check-out

We had a very good stay in this hotel. From the nice welcome with the free room upgrade, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel itself is very nice with exceptional cleanliness and in a great location. The room is spacious, comfortable and contains everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The choice available for breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety to suit everyone's taste.

The hotel was excellent in every way. From the friendly staffs, clean room and linens, etc... it's also near the public transport stations.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth. There was also a complimentary coffee and biscuit corner. Special thanks to Mr. Waleed, the hotel manager, for his prompt response and outstanding service. He was always available and quick to attend to all our needs. He knew I was alone and told me that when he finished his shift, he would take me to some places. This statement alone deserves a ten out of ten. The hotel owners are very fortunate to have such a manager. Best regards. Thank you very much.

For its star rating it is a really nice little hotel We did stay in one of the refurbished rooms but decent hotel and nice staff

Good for resting when on a business trip

Very nice, cozy, and clean place with friendly staff. The neighborhood is nice, we walked to the Duomo easily. Breakfasts are good: fried eggs or omelette with cheese, ham. Different pastry. If I go to Milan again I will definitely stay here♥️

New modern property, very clean, comfortable… very easy to get to Duomo.

Exceptional location in a very quiet street but just minutes away from the main commercial street of Milan and one of the main train stations, with direct connection to the city main attractions. Very welcoming team of professionals that make up for an unforgettable experience. There is a Lidl supermarket a few blocks away and the walking distance from Milano Centrale, if you don't bring a lot of luggage, will turn to be pleasant and easy.

We arrived and we were unsure where the hotel was and the owner came and met us, gave us both a bottle of water left water, juice and crisps in the room, they were exceptionally friendly, helpful and went way and above to help us. They made us feel at ease and gave us advise on where to go and what to do in Milan

The hotel is really near to the main train station and 20-30 mins walking distance from the center and the Duomo. The beds are big and comfy. Room was clean and nice. Also the bathroom is big enough. The staff were really polite and answered all the questions we had. There is a Caffè in the hotel where you can drink coffee in a lovely backyard
