Clean, comfortable, beautiful views! The staff were great espacially the Slovak lady. One night we had a dinner and even though we came right before the closing of the kitchen they still served us and it was delicious! The meat platter was amazing!

the hotel was ever so impressive visually on arrival from outside. The girl on reception on the day shift both days was so so helpful. The hotel has a really nice vibe and a nice honest approach to an honesty system for the bar and pool bar. I really enjoyed staying there although the village or town didnt seem to have a lot. the pool is small but has a really nice feeling about it, plenty of loungers etc. The breakfast was typical Italian and good.

It was a pleasure to visit this hotel. My family and I had a nice time. The property is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended this hotel if you like history and nice service.

The property is very well located and secure parking is available too. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They even arranged a beautiful cake and drinks on the house for my mother’s bday. The breakfast buffet is incredible and there’s a great pizzeria next door.

It´s a quiet place at the forest with a great view of the valley. The apparments are comfortable and clean. Parking is no problem. You even have perfect options for public transportation. The panoramic sauna is great.

Well appointed room, the hospitality of the innkeepers, pay-as-you-go drinks. Beautiful location and the lake was for swimming and boating!

Room was very big and with nice balcony. We got everything we needed in the room (even pool towels). Breakfast was amazing and we even borrowed the bikes for free. They let us stay by the swimming pool even after check out.

Up high with great views of town & surrounding vineyards so recommend a car or sturdy thighs. Great breakfast, dog friendly & good value for comfortable place to stay.

Very spacious room, extremely comfortable, great nights sleep and an excellent shower. Breakfast the next day was very comprehensive, and very enjoyable. The view from our window was remarkable. Just beautiful

Very nice location . Many cities in the area are not far from the hotel and can be reached in short time . The layout of the hotel allow one to view the very nice green surroundings. Breakfast is excellent. Best staff.

Everything was simply perfect! First of all - the staff was amazing - very helpful, kind and friendly. The place itself was very pretty, clean and calm. Amazing spa which was included in the price. Breakfast was great - wide option and very healthy as well. We also tried hotel restaurant for dinner - simply amazing! Location was also great, bus stop was quite close, so it was easily accessible by public transport. Price included Sud Tirol Guest Card, which was very useful. We really really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to visit again! 🙂

Everything was wonderful! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and a lovely view. The food was always fresh, delicious and plentiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming. What we loved most was the atmosphere – we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived.
