We loved everything about our stay - the staff were all helpful and friendly, and they gave us good advice about our time in Merano (how to get around, where to eat, etc). They were even able to book us into the spa in town, with a 10% discount. They are all bilingual (German/Italian), with most also speaking English. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice range of fresh cold meats, juices and cheeses, and tea or coffee made fresh.

This is a gem of a place close to the center of town, really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast is a really nice spread and the evening meal is great value with €35 per head, never left feeling hungry. Plenty of parking and bike cellar. Room was clean and comfy and with a fridge but I think what really makes it, is the staff, they are awesome!

The hotel is located near the city center of Meran, everything is easily accessible from here. We arrived with a large car (Toyota Sienna), it was a bit difficult to find a place in the underground garage, but we managed. From the hotel, you can cross a closed corridor (free of charge) to the city spa center, but the hotel's own wellness area is also wonderful. We really enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. The service is first-rate, we recommend the half board to everyone. The staff is kind and helpful.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, with amazing views over the surrounding mountains. The owner was very friendly and offered us a free upgrade. The room was very clean, spacious and after a very long trip it was the perfect fit for good relaxation. The breakfast was superb!

The location is wonderful, quite and natural around so feeling relax, upgrade the garden room is big and comfy close to swimming pool outdoor. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa room, gym room are so great! Breakfast and dinner are not special but good!

Hosts had very friendly character, and very helpful. Hotel had a wonderful old time charm.

The room was sumptuous. All mod cons and lots of facilities to make tea and coffee. Lovely fluffy cosy pillows, beds and duvets and the dressing gowns provided were very luxurious. The receptionist was friendly and the breakfast was just perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near the centre/old town. The spa facilities are superb, the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and our room exceeded our expectations. For anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat, this is the place to go.

Hotel is in a good location, near restaraunts. Good parking, rooms are a nice size.

The rooms were large, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. The staff was super-nice and helpful. The location is excellent (15 minutes walking distance from Meran city center and thermal spa). The spa is nice, even if the outdoor whirlpool is a bit small - 4 people - and not overly hot in winter.
