The location was picturesque, the staff was very nice and helpful, the accommodation was clean, the room was spacious and with a balcony. At the moment of our visit they also gave us bus tickets for free and bracelets to access a nearby spa center with a considerable discount - only 4 euro per person per day at the pools. The breakfast was very diverse. They also have a spacious parking in the inner yard.

Very decent dinner (5 courses!), solid breakfast, simply wow SPA. Great value for the price overall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Go and visit Bruneck if you are in this area, it's a lovely town! The hotel is overall a bit older and you can feel it, at the same time it's still high quality materials, so you don't mind at all.

The staff was friendly and very attentive in everything they did. They were very helpful with the management of our 5 months old child. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good, but the best thing was dinner: the staff is very efficient, food is varied and the vegetables buffet is a huge plus! We'll be back for sure!

The owner waited for us at the entrance of the hotel and give us a warm welcome and provide us with parking . The checkin was very fast and the owner explained to us all key details about the accomodation. Later we went to the room which was exactly as described- warm and cozy. Breakfast was very tasty and with a lot pf options to choose. Overall is a nice hotel with non beatable location. For sure we will return here. Thanks !

Perfect location tucked away in the mountains. Stunning views and away from all noise. Breakfast and dinner was plenty and local. The owners are a charm! On departure they even dropped us at the next bus station to save us the walk.

Breakfast in the hotel was my favorite part. I am on vegan diet, my husband is vegetarian, and the hotel did their best to fit to our needs without any additional fee. There were a lot of vegan products to choose from like vegan cheese, vegan yogurt, vegan salami, several types of vegan milk. Also if you are on gluten-free diet - you will also find several options. But also almost everyday I got vegan chocolate muffins, which were so delicious! At breakfast you can also prepare your own fresh juice from fruits and vegetables. Bread is also delicious! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Next to breakfast I also loved that hotel was very clean, the view from window was beautiful, the host was very very nice. Free parking, Kronplatz's parking next to the ski lift is just 2 min away, but you can also use ski bus. I would definitely like to come back one day :-)

The hotel is perfectly clean, the rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the terraces are large, the view is beautiful, the ski lift is not far from the hotel, they have a personal transport to the ski lift. The breakfast is delicious, and there is a large selection of food including fruits. The owners are very kind, hospitable and friendly. In addition the hotel also has a relax area, including a sauna,which is perfect to relax after skiing.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service from the entire staff was exceptional. They’re all very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and has more spaces then I realised to just relax. We also had both breakfast and dinner included and the food was exceptional! Overall, we’re both counting down to our next trip to the Dolomites so we can stay here again.

Wonderful staff. Cannot praise them enough for their kindness, attention to detail, for going the extra mile with a smile always. They made our stay very special. Great breakfast buffet. Every morning they made pancakes for our children. Fresh juice. Excellent croissants. Many many choices between savoury and sweet. Excellent dinner, with beautifully presented plates. Perfect service. Not too slow / not too quick either. Relaxing area after a morning of activities. Beautiful garden and outdoor pool. Wide variety of outdoor and indoor spa facilities (perfect mix of kids friendly and adult only). Amazing kids club which our children enjoyed very much. A big thank you to the two girls who entertained them (and with a huge smile always) so that we, the adults, could relax. Perfect location close to many bike paths and hiking trails. Within 1 hour or so drive in every direction from all major Dolomites attractions (tre cime, lago di Braies, etc) - just the perfect and central location.

Staff, spa, breakfast, ski bus

Great hotel in great place. Bikes for rent is available in sport center close to hotel. Room is big with spectacular views of mountains. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to hear and assist. Huge plus is the restaurant located in the hotel, when all other places are closed you can eat right here and the food is delicious. Huge variety of pizzas along with other meals makes it a perfect place. Big parking, so if you're traveling by car, there should be no problem with parking. Room was comfy and quiet. There's a pool, sauna and ski lockers you can use. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place :)

Everything was just perfect, big and clean room. No noise from the other rooms. Nice balcony. In the center of small village, very quite. The restaurant in the evening has very high quality cuisine. Helpful staff

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blitzburg and would happily come back. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from the start. Breakfast was included and delicious, and the added perks like the travel card and discounted ski hire tickets made everything really easy. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was very well priced and genuinely tasty. Our room was very spacious with a great bathroom, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was excellent too, just a short 2-minute walk from the train station. What really stood out was the driver service to and from the ski slopes — incredibly convenient and such a nice touch. We also loved the sauna and relaxation area, which was ideal for unwinding in the afternoons. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfort, and thoughtful extras. Highly recommended.

Fair price for value, convenient location for both skiing and sight-seeing, good and rich breakfast, very nice owners, carying personally for their guests. The underground garage is an additional convenience, especially in winter.
