Callum was a wonderful host who gave us lots of great suggestions for our time in wick. The room was very clean and well equipped, with a great location for exploring the town.

Set in Latheron, in a historic building, 37 km from Sinclair's Bay, Forse of Nature is a recently renovated guest house with a garden and shared lounge. The property has sea and river views. The guest house also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Wonderful house, what a treat to be able to stay here. Very comfortable, lovely surroundings, such interesting things to see (history lovers here). Very kind owners with lots of good tips on local thing to do/see. Excellent breakfast, but also homemade cakes! Lovely quirkiness all around due to owners creativity. Shop full of gifts made by local artisans. Welcoming to our children. Will come back and stay longer.

Rooms also feature tea and coffee facilities and hairdryers, and all shower rooms are recently refurbished in a modern style. Some rooms overlook the harbour and the surrounding Highland countryside. Needed an early breakfast and they made me exactly what I wanted to take away.

Nethercliffe Restaurant serves a traditional Scottish menu, using locally sourced produce. The well-stocked bar offers local whiskies and light snacks, and generous breakfasts are served daily. the back garden was beautiful, the parking lot nice and close.

The Holborn is a family run hotel situated in Thurso, a 5-minute walk to the beach. It offers en suite bedrooms with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is also within walking distance to the town centre, river walks and quaint harbour areas. The Castle of Mey and the Orkney Ferry Terminal are all nearby. Good central location in town. Walking distance from the railway station (10-15 minutes). During my stay it was abnormally cold weather, but the owner solved that by offering me an extra electrical radiator. Excellent full Scottish Breakfast!

The guest house features family rooms. Fantastic hosts, super friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was also great, only a short walk down to a coastal walk into town

At the guest house, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was spotless. Having access to the kitchen facilities was very nice. The bed was comfy, but if you're 6+ feet it may be a bit small lengthwise, other than that, this was a great stay within walking distance to pretty much everywhere in Wick and was a great value. Robert was amazing and was able to accommodate us after we had some flight issues. Would highly recommend.
