There is a fully stocked supermarket 12 mins away for everything you need! Kris invited us to check out his Berretta Club and we had so much fun we stayed hours!! This is a must! Something there for everyone. Kris also gifted me a bottle of wine for my bday. My favorite place ok our 12 day road trip through Cyprus. Felt like we gained a family member when we left. The house was big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. Very clean and centrally located - max 5 mins by car from the mall and less than 10 minutes from the harbour. Kiriaki was very warm and friendly. She also treated us to savoury snacks every morning and made sure we had all we needed.

It is located 28 km from Adventure Mountain Park and provides a minimarket. Rock of Aphrodite is 39 km away and Kykkos Monastery is 39 km from the holiday home. Great stay at Fatma's place! Omodos in general was very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Fatma's place gave a nice vibe that matched the mountain setting. Very responsive and flexible, we would highly recommend her apartment. bonus is the beautiful rooftop terrace!

Facilities include a cable TV, DVD player, washing machine and dishwasher. Great apartment! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and cozy outdoor area. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the first two beautiful beaches, and if you want more, you can just walk along a path along the water on to the next ones (and enjoy the beautiful view along the way). We had rented a car, which is an advantage. The area is still upcoming and we enjoyed the quietness. A perfect match for our family. By car you can quickly drive to the more famous towns such as Protaras (15 min), but we actually liked the small beaches at Paralimni better than, for example, the famous Fig Tree Bay. We highly recommend Fotini Villas and will definitely like to rent the house again if we come back to Cyprus.

The villa has a friendly ginger cat !
