Merve and Halil could not have been more accommodating. We were stuck in Antalya Airport due to Air Traffic Control issues and I quickly booked somewhere for our family to stay (3 kids under 16) really late in the evening. They were in touch within seconds, exactly what I needed at a particularly stressful time, and helped guide the taxi driver to the villa. The Villa was perfect, beautifully clean and Halil let us stay as long as we wanted the next day as we had a very late flight home. There are great people in the world and Merve and Halil are 2 of them. I would have NO hesitation recommending them to anyone.

Location is close to Kadriye town and Lands of Legends shopping village. Need a car though. The villa is very comfortable with big enough swimming pool, bbq area and an orange tree. Bushes and trees on the perimeter and tents provide nice shadow in the outside area. Last year stayed in another villa on the next street and the area was completely open and staying outside during sunny day wasn't really comphy. Thanks to Pavel for maintaining the place and for keeping the swimming pool clean.

The private pool for the children and family was a unique experience! They wanted to swim every day, it was hard getting them out. The villa was extremely high quality and luxury, practically brand new. It has everything you'd need to stay in your own place, towels, washing machine, utensils, sunbeds, bbq, etc. The host was very hospitable and friendly. I liked eating breakfast outside by the pool while the kids played in it. The villa is 1 minute drive from the Granada Luxury Belek Hotel and about 8 minutes into town by car. There's a taxi rank right outside the Granada Hotel too, which makes pickup/drop-off very convenient if you don't have a car (which we didn't). On top of that, you can rent an electric bike/tricycle there, for that extra bit of fun. The villa is about 15-20 minutes to the Land Of Legends theme park which we went to, and saved THOUSANDS of pounds than if we stayed in a hotel. There's also a mini mart about 10 mins away so you can stock up on drinks, snacks & food. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The villa is part a new development located in a very sought after part of Belek and very close to amenities, shops and the lovely Halk beach. The property is very spacious and comes with its own superb swimming pool. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and only a call away from any assistance needed. We have really enjoyed our stay there and be coming back soon. I would sincerely recommend this property. Thank you Cüneyt 🙏🏼

Boasting pool views, Paradise Town Villa Beltania 100 MBPS free wifi offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a fitness centre, around 2.5 km from The Land of Legends... The villa was ideal for our adult family holiday. Spotless throughout, well appointed and spacious. Everything you would require for a family self-catering holiday. Although the villa is at the furthest point from the main entrance, once you've identified a good taxi firm, transport into Belek, 1.8 miles, is straightforward. Engagement with Kerim easy and he's a fount of knowledge.

Large, well furnished kitchen, lots of spices and dishes,pots, if you like to cook. Dishwasher and washing machine right in the kitchen very convenient. Nicely sized and comfortable bedrooms and baths with hot showers. AC and heat available but we did not use. Beautiful outdoor spaces and gorgeous pool. Felt very safe and enjoyed walking the neighborhoods around the villa and admiring the flowers and fruit trees. The host was extremely accommodating picking 4 of us at the airport, returning us at the end of the stay and taking us on a tour of Antalya.
