Greetings! This luxurious seaview duplex condo consists of an open living room, private terrace, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen along with the powder room in the ground floor. The master bedroom upstairs has unobstructed sea views, a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, looks to the hills at the back as well as to the sea. Main living area and bedrooms have smart TVs. The apartment is set within a modern building with 24/7 security and private parking. The duplex if fully equipped with all necessary house accessories, including sets of bed linen, towels, his & hers robdoshambr, beach & swimming pool towels and free high-speed 50Mbps private WiFi. In the main living room there is a library with selected books, DVDs and games. As an added service and free of charge, our employees on the ground, Miri and Fiona, will gladly help you with groceries and other errands. How and when to pay? You will make your payment upon arrival. Our preferred method of payment is electronic bank transfer for which we will provide our bank information once a reservation is made. Cash is also accepted if you are not comfortable to pay via bank. On the other hand, we recommend you carry some cash with you as in many places and for small purchases, vendors accept cash only. For any other concerns or requests we are at your disposal 24/7. Let us assure you that we strive to guarantee full satisfaction at all levels and will spare no efforts to make your time in our place as pleasant as possible. We look forward to welcoming you.
