Refrigirator was empty, you must buy drinks on the reception !? Not so close to U-bahn.Poor elevator. They have not garage for cars. |

price, cleanness and quiet area 99 eur for room, but 25 eur for 24 hours internet may make me to choose a 4-star hotel next time, free internet is normal in cafe's |

No Wireless lan available in Rooms , Very Expensive and not worth it,Breakfast was rubbish and not even basic,Bar was closed,rooms were from the 1960's and for Price € I would like a Refund as totally over the top cost.I Visit wien every Month on Business and would not stay here again unless price is better eg €90 a night and the above changed also!!!! Garage was full (and i stated in the reservation i needed parking). I used public parking, and had to renew the ticket every 2h. We couldn't visit much that afternoon because of that. Overrated hotel; our small, ugly (bird sculptures above the bed are scary) room was not a 4 star hotel-room. I could see light from the hall under the door while trying to get to sleep. |

one good thing is that the roms are big and clean. there is a very big problem with the air condition, it doesn't exist and you have to stay with the window open wich is not so pleasent becouse is to much noise from the street. |

nice hotel, close to the university (3 minute walking), no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room, nothing to complain about that.the hotel was positioned on a very quiet street and you could hear any small noise, like birds and crickets at night. furnised probably in the '90s and the rooms probably look the same as then. |

I suffered from a lot of insect, mosquitto, fliers and etc. I requested to hotel staff to take a proper action but heard that they can not do nothing. there is only one staff at night and he said he have to keep reception desk and can not see around my room. I had to spend 1.5 hours to go around Vienna to find insect repellent but failed. when my family came back to hotel around 2.30 A.M. |

close to city center, quiet street, clean hotel and rooms, helpful staff, easy parking our room was on the top floor and the hotel was not air conditioned, the room was very hot |

Ease of reaching the city centre. Excellent breakfast and very efficient breakfast staff and reception staff. Parking arrangements. The number of parking bays available should be advertised on booking.com. Very important to travellers with vehicles. |

The little min-market downstairs, with reasonable prices and open all the time was very handy. Partciularly because we has the good fortune of being in Vienna on a rainy Sunday, with everything closed! The distance from attractions. Hotel is closest to a single museum but quite far from where you would like to be even though rooms are very spacious and it is located on a quiet street. |
