we had a very nice stay as a family with 2 young kids. Everything is as on the picture: very clean, spacious, nice. the kitchen is good enough equipped to do some basic cooking. the location up on the mountain is very nice, just be aware you have to drive down the mountain to take the cable car if you want to ski. the middle station is super close, but impossible to reach by car from the apartment. the ski area on this side of the mountain is very nice, especially for more advanced skiers.

The cosy flat has wooden details that add immense atmosphere. Wake up on the Austrian balcony as you breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the unforgettable view If the weather is good in winter, you can see the ski lift cabin from the balcony and the Panorama valley station is only a few hundred metres away as the crow flies. By car, the ski lift is about 7 minutes away. In summer, numerous hiking/mountain bike trails pass by the house, so there is more than enough to discover here
