Elphin Serviced Apartments offer 2 and 3-bedroom self-catering accommodation along with 8 standard motel rooms. The property is a 10-minute walk to the City Centre and adjacent to Coles and Kmart, putt-putt golf, laser tag, 24-hour gym and Airtime 360. Launceston Aquatic Centre is a 10-minute walk. We offer Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. A fee applies for additional guests' cars and this is subject to availability. We offer mid stay room servicing for booking of 5 nights or more. Reception hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 7.00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm. Please contact reception for open hours on public holidays as they vary. ***VERY IMPORTANT *** CHECK_IN'S AFTER HOURS & ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS For check-in's after reception closes and on public holidays, guests are required to contact the property to arrange for the registration paperwork to be sent to you no later than 5pm the day prior to arrival. Photo ID, a valid credit card and payment in full are required otherwise a fee may apply. Please note most of our Queen motel rooms are located on the first floor, ground floor rooms are limited and available on request. If you are booking the 2 bedroom UPSTAIRS apartment, this apartment type has an Internal Staircase and may not be suitable for families travelling with young children/toddlers and for those who may not be able to negotiate stairs. We recommend booking the 2-bedroom courtyard apartments instead. Please note the 2 bedroom courtyard apartments are on the ground floor and have a shared courtyard and BBQ facilities. The master bedroom does not have a door for privacy from the main area of the apartment. ALL 2-bedroom apartments come with a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster) and a bar fridge. The 3 bedroom apartments are spread over two levels - downstairs are the living areas and upstairs are the bedrooms. This apartment type comes with a full kitchen, a private courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities.

Elphin Serviced Apartments are located in the leafy suburb of East Launceston. Beautiful art-deco homes line the Elphin Road strip. The area is popular for those early morning walks or late afternoon strolls. We are a short 5-minute walk from City Park the home of many of Launceston's events and festivals. We have a small shopping center directly across the road with a 24-hour Kmart, newsagent, butcher, bottleshop, cafe, and chemist as well as Coles supermarket which trades from 8.00 am - 10.00m daily.
